Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" This is my 7th New Subaru I've purchased. It started in 1982 with a 1982 Station Wagon GL, and a 1982 Brat GL. This is my 2nd Subaru Forester from Parkway Subaru. I Loved my 2022 Forester and didn't plan on Trading it In, but the more Research I did on the 2026 Forester Limited Premium Hybrid it just made sense to Trade. I even Talked to Consumer Reports about Making the Trade. I have to say that Jeremy Race is the best Car Salesman I have ever dealt with in Any New Car Purchase. He has always gone Above and Beyond in Both of My Purchases from Your Dealership. His Knowledge of the Product is Excellent, and He Explains Everything Very Well. And when I used to see him at the Dealership while there for service he was always as nice as ever. So Overall I Would Give Your Dealership a 10 Out Of 10 🌟 🌟🌟!!!

2025 Genesis GV80 review
Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. 2021 Genesis GV80 review
My previous vehicle was a 2018 BMW X6 and I can honestly say that my new 2021 Genesis GV80 is by far a better value in every way that I can think of. The BMW had a sticker price more than $30,000 higher than the Genesis. What’s more, the GV80 is loaded with standard features, especially safety features, that were either not available or were pricey options on my BMW. Safety features like self-steering to keep me in my lane on the Highway, self-braking in an emergency, audible tone and corrective steering if I’m going into a lane when there’s a vehicle in my blind spot, cruise control that automatically adjusts speed with traffic flow even down to a complete stop - in cruise control mode!! So, yes, I love it and I think I’ll be a genesis guy from now on after owning 4 BMW’s in a row!!

I recently completed my due diligence in selecting a new car and selected the new '26 GV70. I visited several dealers and selected So. Bay Genesis. My first visit was OK, but the salesman never followed through. I went back several days later and met David Martinez. I explained that I had visited the dealer before and didn't want to cause any problems, but I sensed that David would be my guy. He answered all my questions and those that he didn't, he said he'd get back to me. As soon as I was home, he called and provided the answers to my questions. He was attentive, and his follow-up was spot on. The process was simple, easy and I received a more than fair price. I would highly recommend David if you’re looking for a sales individual that follows through, answers your questions and is delightful to work with, no pressure! My old car was a Macan S that was great, but the new GV70 (same size) comes with everything, except a trailer hitch, lol. It's an amazing car that is quieter than anything I've ever owned and quick. Go see David, he'll take care of you.

2023 Genesis GV80 review
I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.
