It was ok. It was fast and expeditious. However, it would tv been better if I would have left with feeling heard and acknowledged. The vehicle was already priced well. I was satisfied and had already made up mind to purchase it- however I still hv 2 more vehicles to purchase and even perhaps a 3rd one but am uncertain if I will return. I asked for a price reduction- something would hv been nice? even if it was a ?lie? that the sales person got up to ask a higher up but he said no right away?I already knew it was priced well? however a psychological feeling of being heard and a taken my request seriyenough to take the energy to stand up and inquire - even it was for an apprareamce only ? would hv left me with a better feel than my request was very quickly shut down - especially me being a female... $50 off would hv left me heard and acknowledge ? but oh well?.
2021 Genesis GV80 review
All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

2025 Genesis GV80 review
This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

2025 Genesis GV70 review
Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

2025 Genesis GV70 review
A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. I just bought the VW Atlas from Hendricks VW in Frisco. The experience was as painless as a car buying experience can be. I worked with Trinity, he was AWESOME! I first met with him several months ago about getting a car, life happened and my purchase was delayed. Fast forward 8 months and I ready to get a car, Trinity remembered me and what I was looking for. We had a brief phone conversation about moving forward with a purchase, by the time I arrived at the dealership he had the car I was looking for waiting for me to test drive and paperwork ready to get started. I will definitely refer friends and family to Hendricks and specifically to Trinity as the sales contact.
2021 Genesis GV80 review
Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
2023 Genesis G70 review
Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.
