Family HyundaiReviews
Family Hyundai review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ASK FOR GIO, MATT & ROBBIE! After several extremely frustrating experiences with other dealerships, I rwalked into Watson Family Hyundai in Tinley Park skeptical and honestly ready to give up on buying a vehicle. Gio, Matt, and Robbie completely changed that. They were patient with me from beginning to end. They answered my questions, were transparent about the process, listened to what I actually wanted, and never made me feel pressured. The financing experience especially earned my respect. I had a finance company I wanted to use because I believed it offered me the best terms, and they respected my choice. I never felt like their commission was being put ahead of my best interests. I came in frustrated and guarded. I left with the vehicle I wanted and felt respected and confident about my decision. To the Watson family: you hit the employee lottery with Gio, Matt, and Robbie. Please take care of these men! The way they treated me reflects incredibly well on your dealership and your family name. And kudos to the families who raised them. Integrity, patience, and genuine customer service deserve to be recognized. If you’re considering Watson Family Hyundai, remember three names: GIO. MATT. ROBBIE. Five stars simply aren’t enough. #WatsonFamilyHyundai #FamilyHyundai #TinleyPark #FiveStarService

Relatively painless process when you don't have a great credit score to work with. They can finance where major dealerships cannot (will not). They finance in house

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

We bought a '23 Tahoe Z71 and the sales process couldn't have been more seamless. Our salesman, Paul Degrazia, was terrific and made the purchase an enjoyable process, which is pretty rare. We came to terms quickly and we were finished within a couple hours. We love the vehicle and definitely recommend Bill Kay and Paul.
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Valley Honda review
I had my crv recently serviced, bought new from Valley Honda last year, had a few issues and they all took care of it, when the initial work did not fix the problem, they gladly took it back, they offered me a loaner and even delivered the car back to my home once it was finished since I live about an hr away, they even inspected the brakes and found something wrong it and fixed that as well! Will definitely go back to Valley Honda!

Our experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln was exceptional. Robert, our sales representative, is a dictionary of insight into the Lincoln brand and capabilities. We were able to do a lot of the prerequisite work via phone - we live out of state -- and secure the deal in person. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend the team at Fair Oaks.

Mike Snyder was great to work with very professional, highly transparent with offers and so attentive with his customers! Go check him out at McGrath Acura Westmont, you will end up with a great car buying/leasing experience!

Martin Chevrolet review
Took my Corvette in for a recall fix and check engine light issue. Paul serviced the car and had it back to me in about 1 hour. I had questions about the check engine light issue. Paul took the time to explain what happened, answered my additional questions and told me what to do if the check engine light came back on. Paul is unbelievably knowledgeable about Corvettes and very customer focused.

Everyone at family Hyundai are great people and great service Thansk to all of them for their help
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

McGrath Acura of Libertyville review
I'm usually not someone who writes reviews but felt the need to since I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and great energy from the entire team. The vibe at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I worked with Alec Olney, and he was outstanding to say the least - extremely professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He had answers to every question I asked and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, a truly great car-buying experience. I highly recommend both the dealership and the team if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable process.

Castle Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Chevrolet GMC review
Buying my Camaro from Castle Chevrolet in McHenry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I worked with Eric Loredo, who set the tone by doing a full virtual walk around and video of the car before I arrived, answering all my questions in real time. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. Eric and the entire Castle team reminded me that buying a car doesn’t have to be a battle. I would absolutely buy from them again.

2020 GMC Acadia review
For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.
2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Kearns Motor Car Co.Reviews
Kearns Motor Car Co. review
I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.

My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!
