Audi PlanoReviews
Audi Plano review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care that goes into making the car-buying experience seamless is truly impressive. What can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process was instead exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. It’s clear that Audi Plano takes pride in creating an experience that goes beyond simply selling vehicles. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, provides exceptional service, and makes the car-buying process a pleasure, I highly recommend Audi Plano! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Southwest KiaReviews
Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos

This is my third purchase at this dealership, and each time has been an amazing experience. They listen to what I want and have not once talked down to me because I?m a woman. I feel like I?m a valued customer from the moment I step foot inside to purchase or to have my vehicle serviced. This is the only dealership I will go to. Thank you Eldorado Cheverlot!

2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Kia of FriscoReviews
Kia of Frisco review
My experience was a ten out of ten. Honestly, I was geared up for a very long wait and inefficient service. But I got the complete opposite of what I expected. My previous experience was not so great. So kind of came in with a mindset that I would need to practice lots of patients for this visit. But what I got instead was kind courteous service with step-by-step I was placed in mind of every decision. The person that was handling me did a perfect job. I could not ask for a better experience.

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

Five Star Ford LewisvilleReviews
Five Star Ford Lewisville review
Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not a number on a sales sheet. If you're truck shopping in DFW, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex Ruiz at Five Star Ford Lewisville. You won't regret it. I'm thrilled with my new truck and will absolutely be sending friends and family their way. Thanks again to the whole team!

Westway FordReviews
Westway Ford review
I recently bought a new F350 from Westway Ford. I bought the truck over the phone from 2000 miles away. I was also talking with a couple other dealerships in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and neither of them were willing to negotiate with me. I first spoke with Matthew, the sales mgr then, the salesman Edwin took over from there and sent me a walk around video of the truck and was highlighting different things on the truck. Edwin was pro active but, not pushy in any way. I didn’t just give that dealership my business, Edwin earned it. I flew in on a Friday afternoon and Dana in finance had all the paperwork ready to go so, I was out fairly quickly and since this was a cash deal, their profit margin wasn’t a whole lot but you’d never know it by the way I was treated. All and all, a very professional operation and very pleased with the deal that we agreed upon. I highly recommend this dealership and I know any questions that may arise they are there to answer. I’m looking and have been for a while. I have found most car sells men don’t care what they say to sell a car. I was pleasantly impressed with a young man by the name of Luke Fox when showed me the cars and all that entails. When I make my final I hope I can buy it from Mr Fox. Thank you Luke

I walked in cold and was in & out in less than 2 hours. Buying a salvage car isn’t without some risk but it can be worth it if you find the right car. I’ll definitely be looking these guys up next time - no pressure, they didn’t waste my time and met me halfway on everything I asked for/about. My salesman Jesus was great - no games, a professional. Daniel in finance made things super easy too. I only have good things to say about the buying process.

My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.
