The overall experiance was good, there was a mechanical issue that was listed on the dealer acceptance inspection (leaking differential) that they did have repaired. The only issues I had were it was hard to catch up with my salesman on occasion, and they did not do a pre-sales detail on the car, I realize it was a used car but at 34,000 I did expect it to be clean when I got it, it wasn't.

Experienced an unexpected event of not being able to move out of the park position. Vehicle was locked in park. Vehicle towed and the Westway Ford magic began.
