This was my second purchase here and it was the best experience i have ever had by a new car of any other dealer. Craig was our salesman and he made the process a breeze could not ask for better service. Will be back the next time i purchase a vehicle.
Jan Vanveen did a great job in the service department! Jan was very professional and communicative while my car was in the shop. I have dealt with the other Nissan service departments/dealerships on the St. Louis side and this dealership is well worth the short drive to Illinois.

Our salesman was knowledgeable and the facility was nice. He did a great job of juggling two customers during most of our interaction.
My initial reaction though, was that this may be the most 'car-salesy' dealerships I have ever had a first hand experience with. We visited on a Friday evening with plenty of traffic on the lot and in the showroom.
I can't remember how many times I was told that they aren't like other dealers and of their transparency - I'm not sure if they were trying to convince me or themselves.
We set the expectation that we were just there to look at a couple of vehicles on their lot and were not at the buying stage. I never felt pressure to buy and they did provide all of the standard information and paperwork you would expect. All of that being said, I still had to ask for my car keys, which they had from the trade-in evaluation, three times on our way out the door.
For people that do buy from this dealership, be prepared to play the game. The number of times the salesmen leave the table to check in with the sales manager was outstanding to watch.
My salesman Tim did an outstanding job of listening and being patient with me. I had two trade ins and wanted to reduce my overall financial obligation and own a vehicle that has a warranty. Thanks to Tim im a proud new owner of 2018 F150 xlt. I love it.
I had a great experience purchasing my new GMC Terrain. Brian White was my sales rep and helped guide me through the process. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He got me everything that I was looking for without being pushy or intimidating. I will definitely be referring others to Brian.

Excellent service from Ryan as he put the hitch on my recently purchased PHEV. I have 1500 miles and 1150 miles battery use only. Less than 20 gallons of gas used. Also, chose to tint windows. Charles Curry was great to schedule appointment. Confirm by email and provided a 24 hour reminder. Mungenast provided shuttle to shopping mall. I'm appreciative of the professional attitude. Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. We would 100% consider returning to Sunset Ford for our next vehicle purchase.
Brought my mustang in for an oil change and check up, ended up needing 4 new tires. Mike helped me choose a great set of tires for a great price, he worked with me to make sure the timing was spot on and I was able to get back into my car before the end of the day. Extremely professional and helpful.. I plan to go back to Mike for all my service needs in the future.
