What a awesome experience at Hendrick Honda in Concord NC. Bought a used Nissan several months back and had been perfect until Friday evening. Driveshaft broke and I called my salesperson Robin and she immediately got the ball rolling. Robin with the help of general manager Brian McDaniel got in touch with a towing company to get the vehicle back to their dealership. In less than 24hrs service department found issue, ordered parts and game me timeframe for repairs. Robin and Brian have been nothing short of over the top incredible!!! Again Robin was the salesperson that sold us the car 3 months prior and she immediately jumped into action as if she was in service department. Brian McDaniel as well as Robin treated me as if I was family and I was the most important thing they get handled right then. I have never experienced service after a sale like this and anyone looking to be treated as family needs to go visit Robin and Brian at Hendrick Honda Concord!!!!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

Have had multiple Hummer H2's since they came out and always had great reliability and overall performance with them. Had to purchase one of the new, fully electric EV models and overall it's an outstanding vehicle in technology, design and overall innovation. Performance is beyond outstanding and will put you back in your seat. Having had Corvettes and BMW M vehicles, technology has continued to improve performance over the years and doesn't disappoint with the Hummer EV. This huge vehicle will surprise you with it's performance and ride and the technology enhancements are just an added bonus.

Brandon Payne was great to deal with. I traded a 2022 Denali for a 2023 Denali. Brandon handle the deal more like a “ “broker” than a traditional sales person. No pressure sales tactics. No games on pricing. No games on my trade value. My purchase experience was pleasant and no stress. I also have been very pleased with the service department experience. The reasons I choose to purchase at Randy Marion again are: the sales, service and finance staff treated me very well. The staff was very professional. . The staff respected my time. The staff did not “oversell” to me. This store had a good amount of inventory to choose from.

The truck Handel's well. Sluggish when in second gear and the transmission thumps mostly when shifting down. Started about 40k. The ride is nice and comfy.

I recently purchased a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport from Arte Elliot and he was a pleasure to work with. I told him upfront I there for a test drive to determine whether or not we were actually interested in that particular make and model. I went ahead and told him I'm a car guy, have a pre-approval and that if I'm interested in moving forward, I'd follow up with him accordingly. After a couple of days of looking at similar vehicles and going back and forth with Arte, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the General Manager, Brad McCorkle. I'm a no nonsense type of guy and Brad is the same which made the conversation a pleasure. We were able to agree on a number and the service work they did to complete the sale alleviated any fear I had in buying a used vehicle with 58k miles. The vehicle has a clean carfax, below average miles and female driven. I was able to determine that by evidence of scuff marks on the rear of the front passenger seat indicating a child's seat and the overall interior and exterior of the vehicle are as good as it gets. I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

Love my new canyon. Have owned 2005 Sierra, 2007 Ram, 2010 f350 diesel. All had their pluses and a few minuses. 2022 Canyon my first new vehicle since 2012. Scaled down a little for MPG and kids are nearly grown. I have 95-99 percent satisfaction. However, I do have one interior styling major issue. The 4wd selection and light dials are very bad location. My left knee hits them when I get in and right knee hits them when getting out. I have put less than 1000 miles on so far and i have found I was in 4wd position at least 6 times so far. I literally have to check the position every stinking time.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

My experience with Ford purchasing my vehicle was amazing. The sales guys answered all my questions, helped me find the car I had been looking for, and were so nice! They educated me when it came down to the financing of the vehicle as much as I needed.

Have a 19 4x4 SLT Short Box. Lifted 4" w/ 20" rims and decent all purpose tires. With the relatively short wheelbase and the slight lift, I've never had a 4WD that handles everything so easily, including the worst mountain trails. Have owned for 3 years now and have not had any problem other than a dead battery. The interior is average, but in a utility/4WD that gets mud, dog fur and camping fallout, who cares. My prior SUV was an 04 Avalanche 4x4. Cool truck but bad gas mileage and impossible to park in tight city lots. The Canyon is perfect size, easy to handle and with a couple minor mods pushes 350 hp.

This is the nicest truck I have ever owned. Lots of features. Takes a while to learn what all it does but a really enjoyable vehicle.

We purchased a 2015 mustang convertible. They worked magic to make this car look great. We live a couple hours away, so sales and service worked hard to make everything happen. I have purchased many cars throughout the years, this was nicest dealership I have ever worked with.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

We bought our GMC 2500 HD gas 6.0L extended cab last spring to pull our 9k lb 5th wheel. We pulled it for about 6k miles with abslutely no issues. It pulls great, a bit slow off the line, but it will get going if I put my foot down -no issues on the highway. It'll do 70 all day long pulling our portable house. We get about 8 MPG towing and 17 empty in rural areas. No doubt the diesel would haul better and get better MPG, but for an extra 30-40 cents/gal, that doesn't make sense for us. This truck has much better fit and finish than older GM vehicles we've owned. In fact this our 1st GM since our 2000 GMC Safari (that was a money pit). We love the look of the extended cab with 180° rear doors. The rear seat is the same size as the newer 4 door. To us the truck looks classy. It has style and rugged looks without being over the top. The next 2 generations are just stupid big. Seems like the bigger the grille the more compensation. Basically, I highly recommend this generation 2500. It does everything we need it to do and looks good doing it.

there cars are very nice! I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them! they have very nice staff. I got my son a used prius and it is in great condition and hasn't had a problem since 2018.

Would give it a 5 star but for the lack of a mettle bumper and the dumb location of the headlight control and 4 wheel drive control (almost half to open the door to see them) along with the fact I half to duck down to see the fuel gauge.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me
