The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. Jacob was very professional throughout the entire process. We worked out most of the details via email and just showed up to sign the paperwork. Jacob was very knowledgeable with all the technology inside the car, and he took the time to explain everything during the test-drive, as well as after the purchase. Our car had a scratch and he took ownership to get it 'take care of.'
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
The buying experience was great. I got a quote over phone and decided to buy from this place. I live far from Costa Mesa but decided to drive as the quote was the best. Excellent service, and delivered exactly as promised. The staff was very friendly and helped finish all paperwork in a short amount of time. I would buy again from this place.

This was our 3rd Honda purchase and we are so happy! Everything about our experience was great! Matt Refaie was so knowledable and took his time when I was checking out explaining everything to me so I completely understood the new features. I tell all of our friends and family to go to Weir Honda!
Stuart Boggs was very friendly, pleasant, and polite with us throughout the process. We showed up just before closing time, and he stayed with us until the end to ensure that everything worked out. I really appreciate his positive attitude and his willingness to stay late, until close to 11pm, in order to close the deal.
I chose Weir Canyon Honda for a couple of reasons. They were the only local Dealership that had the CR-V Touring in the color I wanted and they have Jim Marsh as a Service Advisor of which I dealt with at another Honda Dealer for my previous Honda for over 13 years. I worked with Salesman, John Mouroulis, who was so very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to my wants and needs. I would recommend Weir Canyon Honda to everyone!
Hooman provides incredible service atball points in time. How develops a relationship with his customers during the purchase, and tends to their needs. I???d recommend this dealership and Hooman to anyone looking to buy a car.
I have a flat tire early Saturday morning ( lot of stress) and Mark in the service department had my problem fixed, and I was back on the road to meet my son within 1 hour! This is my second car I purchased from Weir Canyon and always had great service.
Sirius XM gave me a call telling me that I had a free subscription which was going to end. I had no idea that I had a free subscription available... Arthur spoke to me and cleared things up about all the features. He and I met as well to get a better understanding of the car that I got. I have had 7 BMWs and I am finally confident in saying that I know how to use my beautiful car.
