Inver Grove Honda review
Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Luther Hopkins Honda review
I went in for service and left with a new car! Meng was great and everyone backing him up helped to make the entire experience smooth and pleasurable. Blake and Andres in service took care of my most recent CRV, while I discovered a new 2026 CRV to take home! I have been very happy with Luther Hopkins Honda and all the employees who have helped me there. I must say that I am also very happy with the Honda cars as well, especially enjoying the Hybrid CRV's. The choice below asks New, Used or Service. I picked Service, but could also fill in Sales (New).

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

Chelsea great manager service department is wonderful. If you're thinking about trading in an older car looking at a smaller more gas efficient model this is the place to go. Their service department is cooperative effective, they care about the customer, they take care of you probably, the video tape your Service repairs and they offer you financing options. Best dealership I found so far

I had a pleasant experience, Salar was knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out for us. Finance manager was brisk and somewhat rude, although he was very knowledgeable and efficient guiding us through the process. Still waiting on one work item, that was included to be delivered upon (2 weeks out) I got a call back today and hope they will complete the experience. I am happy with the purchase and liked the kindness of the sales personnel (helpful, not high pressure). I would recommend.

Purchased a new X3 last week and once again Calvin did a great job getting me a good deal . Ali, his associate assisted and did a great job explaining things to my wife . Manhattan Beach ToyotaReviews
Manhattan Beach Toyota review
I’ve spent the better part of my adult life dreading the typical dealership "song and dance," but my visit to Manhattan Beach Toyota completely shattered every preconceived notion I had about the car-buying process. As someone in sales who has navigated plenty of high-pressure sales-floors over the years, I can honestly say I've never encountered a team—or an individual—quite like Lawrence. My fiancé and I are currently in the market for a larger vehicle that balances utility with a premium feel, and I’ve been torn between the capability of the new Land Cruiser and the sheer space of the Sequoia. While other dealerships I visited previously seemed content to just read me the window sticker, Lawrence operated on an entirely different level, providing a wealth of technical knowledge and comparative insight that was nothing short of a darn encyclopedia. What truly stood out was how Lawrence went above and beyond the call of duty; he didn't just show me the cars, but instead took the time to meticulously dissect the differences in drivetrain, interior and configurations, ensuring I understood exactly how each model would serve my needs as I transition into this next chapter of my life. It's rare to find a Fleet Manager who is willing to invest that much time and energy into a client without the immediate pressure of a "deal today," yet his patience and genuine desire to educate me made it clear that he values the relationship over everything. Even though I didn't drive home in a new SUV that same day, there is no doubt in my mind where I'll be heading when I’m ready to sign on the dotted line. If you're tired of the standard "sales pitch" and want to be treated with respect by someone who actually knows the product inside and out, do yourself a favor and ask for Lawrence at Manhattan Beach Toyota—you won't find a better experience in all of SoCal.

Carswap review
Carswap was an awesome dealership to go through running a very professional, yet relatable operation as the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Austin was amazing with showing us the vehichle we bought and giving us plenty of time to look at it and make a decision. The team also did great working with me through the process of buying my first vehichle! Definitely recommend!

Suburban Cadillac of PlymouthReviews
Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my used 2020 Jeep Cherokee back in May 2025. The salesman, John Griffin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I shared my requirements and budget, he worked to make it all happen. He secured a great financing rate and found the Jeep of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I absolutely love my Jeep! John, your professionalism and salesmanship truly stood out, making this car-buying experience one of the best I've ever had. Thank you once again, John, and the entire team at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, for making my car-buying dreams come true. I will definitely be recommending your services to friends and family.
