Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

I had my 2022 Ridgeline serviced recently by AutoNation Honda Clearwater. Alignment, rotation of tires, oil change, cabin and engine filter plus added roof rails and hood protector. The service was professional, fair price and they completed all I wanted and more in a timely and professional manner. Very clean dealership, parts and service department. Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

Wonderful and speedy experience. Gabriel Lopez was friendly, professional and experienced. I can’t remember the finance manager’s name but he was also speedy in getting us out of there and on the road in our new car. We live an hour from this venue so it was wonderful that Gabriel was very willing to do as much as possible remotely. Thanks Gabriel. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the near future. ❤️🩷❤️ I would recommend this friendly dealership to anyone.

He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Buying a car can sometimes be overwhelming, but Matthew made it simple and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Matthew Ranger if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at Earnhardt Honda. Thank you, Matthew, for providing such excellent customer service!
