McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

Huge thank you to Curtiss and Adam for making our car-buying experience amazing! After our previous vehicle was totaled, they made a stressful situation so much easier. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and truly appreciate everything they did for us! Highly recommend !!!

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Honda of Denton review
Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

Tarrytown Honda review
I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.

Guy's experience and knowledge helped my daughter find and lease a great CR-V. Guy went above and beyond especially during the time constraints of the holiday and respecting our need to get back to work. He found and led her to exactly what she needed and wanted. She walked in the dealership only to "look". She walked out with the perfect car and the biggest smile and she couldn't stop thanking me. This was a professional and great customer service experience. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Guy. Our finance experience with Sean was equally as professional, satisfying and he was very respectful. Thank you to all those who made this happen.

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The New Babylon Honda review
¡Muchas gracias, Javier! 🙏🏼🚗

John and Phil were awesome. I appreciated the low pressure environment as well as putting the best price forward immediately. I did a lot of research and they had the next best price beat by about $3,000.

I had a pleasure of dealing with Edgar Sr and Edgar Jr. The dealer was the only one who wanted to work with me on the popular cr-v hybrid sport touring. The price was superior and service was impeccable. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Honda!

Clark Knapp Honda review
Set up an appointment for maintenance on my vehicle and when asking about shuttle service they also notified me I had an option for a loaner. Just needed to submit license and insurance photo to email provided. That was so helpful amd convenient I'm thankful the gentleman suggested that too bad I didnt get his name. The next morning at pick up vehicle was ready with no wait time it was already parked up front and ready. The gentleman who showed up early that morning to make sure it was ready to go also did not get his name 🫠 but I was set up with the same vehicle as mine and was on my way back to work with no wasted time. Susan's name I did get as she was my service advisor. Susan made sure to communicate with me the current needs for my vehicle to keep it running smoothly. She got me in and out of there quickly and was very knowledgeable about everything as well as kind.

I traveled 177 miles , one way , on 11/02/19 , to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership. I was extremely impressed with the physical facility and the professionalism and helpfulness displayed by the staff, especially Jennifer, Don, and Jorge. Top notch vehicles as well as personnel. Best experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle.
