I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
Scott listened very carefully to my requirements and worked zealously to ensure that they would be met, above and beyond the usual limits of salesman/customer relations. For instance, he not only explained all the features of the car, and had me take a test ride, but had me drive it home to show me how my bike would fit into the trunk. I love my new Honda Clarity, and I don't think I would have purchased it without Scott's help.
Gary was very helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my driver side window. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me roll it all the way up. They were able to fix it quickly, got my oil changed at the same time, plus they washed it.
This was our 3rd Honda purchase and we are so happy! Everything about our experience was great! Matt Refaie was so knowledable and took his time when I was checking out explaining everything to me so I completely understood the new features. I tell all of our friends and family to go to Weir Honda!

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I was basically just looking at my options for a new lease and after working with Aldo on a great deal, I couldn’t say no. It was great to work with someone who wasn’t trying to pressure me into a sale or anything, just patiently answered my questions and let me make my decision.
Jose was very patient and knowledgeable about the various styles of Hondas that we were looking at. He gave us the pros and cons of each one and we definitely appreciated it.
