Hampstead Pre-Owned review
My overall experience at Hampstead Pre-owned was amazing. My sales person was great but taking some time to sit and talk with the manager, Bernard Berry, sealed the deal for me. Mr. Berry was not only professional but super personable and reassuring. Had he not stepped in I probably would have walked away without a car that day. Thank you Mr. Berry and Hampstead Pre-owned!

EchoPark Automotive PhoenixReviews
EchoPark Automotive Phoenix review
I was very impressed with Echo Park there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I saw two vehicles online and I went in and talked to Joseluis Cortes about them. I was car shopping for my daughter and I wanted a vehicle with low miles and warranty still on it. They had a 2025 Kia soul the 25,000 miles on it and the warranty from Kia was still good. Joseluis help my daughter get financing. He did explain some extras warranties she could have bought, but did not pressure her into buying them. She got the car and took it to our mechanic and he said the car was in great shape no problems with it. I just really appreciate the honesty and the kindness that was shown to my daughter as she was buying this car. I definitely would recommend Echo Park car dealer as a place where you can buy a good used car for a decent price. They don't haggle over the price.

We had an amazing experience working with Joey. From start to finish, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we cared about and worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even my daughter enjoyed the experience—thanks to his friendly personality and great sense of humor—which made everything feel lighter and more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and we truly appreciate the attention and effort he put into helping us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

CarMax Phoenix-Gilbert review
I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!
2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Schaumburg Honda Automobiles review
My experience at Schaumburg Honda was fantastic! The salesperson, Spencer, was incredibly helpful. I informed her that I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my kids. She provided me with a lot of information and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that I made an informed decision about buying a quality used vehicle. Spencer was transparent and didn’t have any hidden agendas. She also provided upfront pricing, and allowed me to speak with the mechanic. The mechanic thoroughly inspected the car, and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I appreciated the care and concern Spencer showed for my family and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle.

Lester Glenn HondaReviews
Lester Glenn Honda review
What started as a quick inquire, turned into a sale that could best be described as the MOST straight forward car buying experience I have had in my lifetime. With utmost vigor, exceptional service, and straight foward no xx smoke and mirrors (unlike the other Honda dealerships near the area). Lester Glenn and their wonderful sales and finance team were transparent from begining to end. Art Bogos is the man you want to get a deal done. John Wilkes and his direct answers. Cody Monica and that young gentlemans ravishing smile. Not a minute was wasted in the persuit of making a deal. I am NOT a man that buys nor wants to buy a new car every two or three years. My Honda Clarity Touring 2018 was hit by lighning 2 weeks ago (it is more than likely destroyed). I DID NOT want a new car. Art Bogos was steadfast in getting me in a immaculate pre owned certified 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. I came to the dealership with a pre approved check from a credit union with TIER 1 credit, Cody Monica fought tooth and nail to get me an even LOWER APR than what one of the most renowned credit unions in the state could offer to me. I had deals from other dealerships for the same car, and every step of the way John Wilkes fought to get me the absolute LOWEST price attainable; so much that other dealerships were astonished at the site of the price I got only at Lester Glenn Honda in Sea Girt. Ask not what you should go through when you go to dealership to purchase a vehicle, ask what THEY should be doing for you to make a deal happen. I look forward to servicing my vehicle at this stellar estabilishment, and will unequiviocally reccomend ANYONE in my personal life to check Lester Glenn out for the forseable future. Special last shoutout once again to the great Art Bogos for making me feel like family, and being as honest as a man can be. You made what started as an anxiety filled, mentally draining experience. Into a memory that will not be forgotten for decades to come.

Visiting from Wyoming and car broke down. This was a week before Christmas. Service manager Dylan was able to get it check it out right away. Bad news, the engine needed major repairs. Sales man Kevin was excellent, was able to get us into another car quickly and without any hassle. Great service, picked up car 2 days later and was able to finish our visit and make it home as scheduled. They understood our problems and worked with us without any issues, even since we were stranded from out of state. Would recommend.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan)Reviews
CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
Nate Gines at the South Jordan, UT facility took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in my next car, and he matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.

2019 Honda CR-V review
Beat vehicle I've ever had. Excellent on gas, space, comfort and performance. I recommended one for my sister and she loves hers. The CRV is a great vehicle.

CarMax Austin SouthReviews
CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Erika listened to my car checklist. She found the car that I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. The dealership then beat my other quote by $800. She answered my questions directly and honestly. The process was a great experience from start to finish.

Colonial Honda of DartmouthReviews
Colonial Honda of Dartmouth review
I made an appointment with a very pleasant person named Courtney. We came in and met with Ryan Santos. He was very professional and friendly. He showed us the new Accord we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. The negotiation was painless and we bought the car and drove home that day. I would recommend Ryan and Colonial Honda to anyone. It was a great experience. Thank you all.
