2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. I was in for regular service and a repair and all of that was completed as expected / very well. It was easy to make the appointment online and the service rep, Oscar, kept us informed while they completed the work. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the service department now adds a 2% credit card fee and I was unaware of it until I was paying. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my checkbook to avoid the fee. It seems like it would be easy for them to clearly convey that info during the scheduling and check-in process.

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.
