Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMCReviews
Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC review
The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Sheehy Toyota of Stafford review
I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. Thank you everyone!
2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2013 Honda CR-V review
Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Honda of Chantilly review
We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

These guys are very professional and give good advise to buyers. They don’t force what they want you to buy they let you decide independently and then give honest professional advice on your choice of vehicle and also clear guidelines on registration and after sales support. Being new to Maryland this has stood out for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely be making them my first choice whenever I’m on the market for anything motor vehicle related. Keep it up guys.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I contacted JNM online and received an quick response followed by a phone call and a pleasant conversation. The SUV I was interested in was available and the price was semi-negotiable. We went and met Muhammad, drove the vehicle alone, negotiated a fair price, got paperwork for my bank, returned the next day and drove it home. JNM fixed a few minor problems with the vehicle overnight. The whole experience was pleasant and personal. I highly reccommend Ali and Muhammad when you go to purchase your next used vehicle, they were great!

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

DVIN Motors review
I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from DVIN Motors, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team that made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The staff at DVIN Motors truly stand out for their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions patiently, and guided me through the process without any pressure. Their knowledge about the vehicles was impressive, and they made sure I felt confident in my decision. The process of purchasing my Toyota Highlander was smooth and efficient. Everything was clearly explained, from pricing to financing options, and there were no surprises along the way. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty, which made the experience stress-free. What impressed me the most was how genuinely kind and respectful everyone was. It didn’t feel like a typical car dealership experience — it felt more like working with people who truly care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and grateful for the outstanding service I received at DVIN Motors. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and a positive, professional buying experience. Thank you to the entire team for making this such an easy and enjoyable process.

He was very straightforward, honest, and upfront throughout the whole process. We felt like he genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle rather than just make a sale. I really appreciate the way he treated us and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, straightforward, and doesn’t pressure you, I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Aren Auto Group. Great guy and great experience!
2013 Honda CR-V review
I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2007 Honda CR-V review
In 2026, I received a 2007 Honda CRV EX from my father who no longer can drive. The vehicle is 19 years old and only has 89K miles on it. The ONLY major repair I had to make on this vehicle is a A/C Compressor for $1600. Other than that, the car has been meticulously maintained. I change the oil every 3,000 to 4,000 using Idemitsu synthetic 5w20 oil using a Japanese made oil filter by Honda. The car still runs flawlessly and my goal is to get at least 300K miles or more. The K24Z1 engine with the 5 speed automatic transmission is bullet proof and as long as I change the transmission fluid every 30K and oil changes every 3-4K miles, the vehicle will easily make it to 300K. Best engine/transmission combo Honda ever had.

2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

I recently had an outstanding experience working with Carget Motors to purchase my vehicle. From the moment I first contacted the dealership, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The entire facility maintained a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. My primary point of contact was Bola, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and guided me through the logistics of securing a vehicle. Bola's communication was prompt, transparent, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring I felt confident and informed during every step of the transaction. The highlight of my experience was having Bola handle a custom order on a Lexus GS for me. He paid meticulous attention to every specific detail and option I requested for the vehicle. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, the custom ordering process was completely seamless, and the car arrived exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend Carget Motors and specifically suggest asking for Bola if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to delivering personalized service and high-quality cars is truly unmatched. I am absolutely thrilled with my Lexus GS and will certainly return to them for my future automotive needs.

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Phenominoligistically excellent. My vehicle is defined by its use and that is practically excellent. One month in and no issues. Fair negotiation with a trade in.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

CarMax Gaithersburg review
I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.
2017 Honda CR-V review
Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Made an appointment earlier this week, great visit with Chris got the price we wanted to sell out usedVW. Today I I tried to call and make an appointment to bring the car back and complete the deal. I found no way on line or getting through to a live person to set up an appointment. If I had you woud get an easy 5 star rating.
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Sheehy Subaru Springfield review
Went in for service, oil change and tire rotation. Service department is great, was in and out in about 45 minutes. Told me there was a pin missing in the front bumper and replaced for free. Very good experience working with Sheehy Subaru.
2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
