Ide Honda review
I truly had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer. From the very beginning, she took the time to walk me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything along the way. She was always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had, and she responded every time in such a timely manner. What I appreciated most was how patient, kind, and easy to talk to Jennifer was. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. Having someone who was so attentive and genuinely helpful made the whole process feel much less stressful. Jennifer was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly personable. I really felt like she cared about making sure I had a good experience. I’m very grateful for all of her help, guidance, and communication throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me!

Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

I can’t say enough great things about Mike Bolton! He went above and beyond to help me get out of a truck loan with extremely negative equity and somehow got me into a brand-new truck with a surprisingly low payment. Mike worked hard, was honest, patient, and truly looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process. He made what I thought was an impossible situation feel easy. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and actually get the job done, I highly recommend Mike Bolton!

Hendrick Southpoint Auto MallReviews
Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
From the moment you drive to the service bay a service advisor meets you, walks around the car with you, goes over what you are doing. During the visit the technician videos the work and makes suggestions. Up to you to do it or not. Courtesy car wash. When complete the Advisor goes over everything and then walks you to your car. Outstanding service. Honesty I have never experienced anything like this. I don’t know if it the same in all Hendrick dealerships or particular to Hendrick Subaru of Southpoint. But it’s impressive.

Evergreen Ford & LincolnReviews
Evergreen Ford & Lincoln review
After interacting with 7 other dealerships online, I found the Lincoln Corsair I was looking for in Evergreen Lincoln's inventory and called them. I spoke with Vincente, who was super-helpful, friendly, and responsive to all of my questions. As this was an internet purchase (I live in the LA area), and the vehicle needed to be shipped, I was careful to ask many questions and all of my concerns were met. Along with the great customer service, Evergreen provided an absolutely unbeatable price for the car, and beat the other dealerships I had been corresponding with. I have nothing but praise for their customer service and finance department, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. There was no pressure, no "bait and switch" pricing, just an honest dealership doing all they can to make new customers happy. I looked all over the US trying to find the specific color combination and options package we wanted, and after 3 months I located the exact car, and with a price that I couldn't turn down. The car was delivered to my home last night, it is perfect! Thank you Evergreen and a big 5-star rating for your customer service - I encourage anyone that is contemplating the purchase or lease of a Lincoln or Ford to get in touch with them

Towbin Kia review
Whenever I'm at Tobin Kia I always feel that my car will be well taken care of in service. If I have any questions, it's quickly answered to the best of an agent's ability. My service agent is Joe and he is absolutely fabulous. My next vehicle if necessary will be another Kia. I'm hoping that my Kia soul which is no longer being produced will last for quite some time. It's very efficient and very attractive and I love it! Kia has grown so much and so quickly, and it offers many models that will suit the taste of many types of people. Go Kia!
2018 Honda Pilot review
We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.

Land Rover Wichita review
Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). Agent Jaydon was very helpful throughout the process, reassuring this anxious buyer, assisting in financing and arranging to ship the car. Still awaiting the closing details, but so far am very pleased ( and I told the sales manager so).

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

Royal Pre-Owned Super CenterReviews
Royal Pre-Owned Super Center review
My experience with royal supercenter is that the manager Keith Pratt went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I came to Mr. Pratt with a problem on my car I had financed only three months ago with royal. The gps/phone/radio Bluetooth console had completely fallen off and destroyed the console that was in there when I bought my car. The part fell apart as I was driving my car I had purchased just three months prior. I would have expected it to work since thats the way I bought it. It was working when I bought my car and I expected it to work well past only three months. So yes I am my own advocate. I am a single woman who has nobody here in tucson. I dont know my way around as I am not from here. So the thought of not having gps or phone Bluetooth made me panic. I have only been here a little over two years. and I view it like the car included this console and I expected it to work as I purchased it. Keith Pratt deserves to be commended for his exceptional customer service and consideration as well as compassion. If I owned a car lot I would be proud to have him as my employee. Good customer service is priceless. Keith saw the problem that I was having. He proposed a solution and he followed thru on the job. Yes. He deserves to be commended. He deserves a raise. He deserves a promotion. Not a pink slip.
