Correspondence was prompt and the car was waiting for us to examine upon our arrival. We decided on Honda because their safety features were the best and being a hybrid the mileage was the best! Salesman did not hover over us while we waited for the finance person. They need more of those accountants as we waited way too long for him. But over all, very satisfied.
