Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. I recently had my 2023 CRV in for an oil change where it was discovered there was a oil leak from a bad gasket in the timing chain cover. Jim Boyd, my service advisor, quickly got me scheduled for repair as I only had four days left on the manufacturers warranty. The repairs were made in house and I have had no issues since. I was very pleased with the mechanic who did the repairs and with Jim, who made sure things were done in a timely manner before the warranty expir ation date. Good job folks!

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. becky was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional - and also ever so patient, as i had many many questions. my dear departed last car was a 2013 honda fit (purchased new), and today's cars are so very different......sort of like driving a computer at times. yet.....she made a somewhat stressful time as smooth and easy as possible. as a long-time honda customer - this will be my third honda from you, the first was a used civic - i have also dealt with your service department many times. i have never, in all those years, been dissatisfied with the service that you provided. i probably could have been able to find something acceptable and possibly even cheaper elsewhere - i had owned volkswaqens and a toyota before buying that used civic from you, so i am not a hardline honda fan - but a little extra cost is worth it to me when i am able to trust the folks who take care of my car.
