King Kia Of Laurel review
King Kia of Laurel exceeded my expectations when it came to service and selection. I ended up buying a car from them even though the car I went to look at was already sold. Amiyah was wonderful and did a fantastic job.

We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

We just bought this car, after having several Subaru Outbacks. The electronics are far superior to the Subaru. We only have a few hundred miles at this point

Ourisman Chevrolet Mitsubishi review
I found the car of my dreams, a 2018 Lexus ES 350, on the Ourisman of Marlow Heights website on a Sunday. I was immediately contacted by their staff. James Norman contacted me several times and even sent me two videos of the car. I went to the dealership the next day and was blown away by the condition of the car. As soon as I sat behind the wheel, I knew I wanted that car even before taking a test drive. It looked like it just came off the new car showroom. Immaculate. Paint and leather in perfect condition. I drove away just one day after discovering my Lexus on line. James is one of the kindest most professional sales consultants I have ever dealt with. You can trust him with your next new or used car decision
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

2025 Hyundai PALISADE review
Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Alexandria Toyota review
After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in, I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted by a salesman, Lamin Mathews, who worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I decided to drive the 75 to 85 miles to the dealership. Lamin met me there and showed me the vehicle with a test drive that answered all my questions at that time. We decided to purchase the vehicle which was two years old and were transferred to Briana Grimes who handled all the financial/closing issues related to the sale. She could not have been any more helpful. Lamin finished up with setting our phone GPS up on the radio communication system to get us home safely. Both Lamin and Briana have worked with us since to resolve any questions that we had. At my age, 83, that can be frustrating to young people. Neither showed any signs of being annoyed or frustrated. We appreciated that very much. Everyone, including Lamin, Briana and the dealership deserve the highest ratings possible and we appreciate their service to us.
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. Would recommend to family and friends for the excellent service!!!
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
I wanted to take a moment to say "THANK YOU" to DARCARS Chrysler Jeep of Silver Spring Service Department but especially my (Service Advisor) Brian Paige and the mechanics they provided me and always with top-notch service. Brian has provided me the best possible service for years and it's willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that he keeps the consideration of his customers in mind. I am never disappointment with the service repairs that I have received. Brian goes the extra miles, provides outstanding customer service and just a trustworthy person. It is certainly a pleasure to do business when you feel as though the people you are conducting business are looking out for your vehicle and your best interest. I am never disappointed. Thanks!

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior. When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Safford Hyundai of Springfield review
They have been great, still in touch with them as I have not found just the right car yet. They are very attentive and not pushy and very helpful with responding quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with them and I continue to trust them for their interaction with me.
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar

Nissan of BowieReviews
Nissan of Bowie review
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!

This is my first time going to this dealership to get my car serviced. I?d thought I?d try them out especially since they had a promotion going which made my decision. Had a nice no pressure service and that?s what I?m looking for. Their waiting room was nice and large with 2 sections and nice to have outdoor seating as well. I?ll be retuning there for my next service.
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.
