Smooth ride, comfort need some improvements, great handling with excellent safety and driver assist features. Great color selection. Almost accurate temperature control which is hard to find in most cars. Remote start a great feature.

I've only put about 100 miles on my new Santa Fe over the last week, but I must say this has been one of the best cars I've ever had. Both the exterior and interior are well-designed, and the safety features are awesome. There's plenty of leg room and the seats are very comfortable. The Bluelink app along with the heated seats and steering wheel were lifesavers in today's -30°c temperature. I'm having my snow tires installed in a couple of days, but had absolutely no issues driving with all seasons on in 4 inches of snow. I'm sure you can't get better value for money with any other brand.
The only things that would make the car even better would be 1) an engine that give you either a better mpg or a little more power. The 2.4L engine does neither, although it works fine for my daily commute. 2) At least one more USB port. I know it sounds minor, but you can use the one data USB port for Apple Carplay / Android Auto OR for your music USB flash drive. Can't have both at the same time. 3) I don't know if it's a design flaw or a new thing: you can't put the windshield wipers up to clean the windshield or prevent them from sticking on when there's freezing rain.
Having said all that, I don't regret buying this car for the tiniest bit.
Had terrific service. My repair was impeccable. It was done in the time and cost estimated. And, I was shown more about Blue tooth and navigation system by the owner of the dealership.
Love my Santa Fe!

Almost everything about this car is fantastic. There is one new feature that I hate. It turns the car off when you stop (feels like it's stalled) and releasing the brake turns the car back on. You can turn this feature off, but I wish it was a feature you could turn ON instead. OFF should be the default. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic and I love it. 10/10 would buy again.
Bought a Ford explorer about a month ago still haven't seen the title and now our temporary plate is expired . Vehical had obviously been smoked in, and they did not do a vary good job detailing it there where still crumbs in the seets . Radio has issues that where not disclosed and have various other issues with vehical that where not disclosed or addressed
