I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Annapolis HyundaiReviews
Annapolis Hyundai review
I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

Service was easy to schedule. Staff courteous and kind. Information appropriately given and work completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfying experience.
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I sold my car to Jim Coleman Toyota, and I had a fantastic experience! Salesperson Jonathan Wear was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He helped and assisted me in the sale while showing flexibility with the terms of our contract, speeding up the payment to accommodate my needs. Jonathan went the extra mile by bringing me the check in person the same day. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my sale such a pleasant experience and for your attentiveness to my special needs. I would definitely go back to Jim Coleman Toyota!

DARCARS Nissan of College Park review
This was a great experience. I’ve been shopping for a while and most of the dealerships had very annoying “high-pressure” nonsense and we’re not transparent about the cost of the vehicle and the fees. I don’t have the patience for that. Lupe was very thoughtful, communicative, collaborative and was just great. Mimi worked with me on the price and the warranty package. I was surprised thatI had such a good experience experience and feel very good about the vehicle and the two of them.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Was a quick and easy experience. No hidden fees, no hassle, and was up front from the beginning. I got a good deal without spending hours to get it. Will do buisness there again.

My regular service advisor was absent for the day and Mr. Kevin Willis was able to accommodate my request. He was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed via text on the timeline for the completion of the repairs and the cost.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁
