Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Amazing Service one would expect when purchasing a vehicle including the amazing service department. It’s one thing to be happy with the vehicle you purchased let alone liking the salesperson involved, however what truly sets this dealership apart is its continued level of service that continues after the purchase, particularly from the Service Department. The Service Manager, Ron is truly polite and helpful and when it comes to customer service and satisfaction Jorge Quevedo is the man. This is definitely not your typical service department nor dealership as there level of quality of service separates them apart from any dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

We had a great experience with Wheels by RT and especially with Terry Burke. We started just with looking online and calling with questions. Terry was very helpful and even helped us find something better than we had originally been looking at. He was attentive when we called and helpful when we came in for a test drive. We especially appreciated that he was not too aggressive in his sales approach but was very professional. In addition, even after the sale, he followed up by asking us how everything was going. We were very happy with the entire experience and would definitely consider buying from Wheels by RT again. As a side note, we also appreciated that we didn't have to worry about price negotiation as they price the cars as low as they can. Not feeling like we had to haggle was great.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I’m very happy with my experience here! Both our Salesman BRIAN and the finance manager MAX are great at what they do! Brian is very professional and responsive and got me in the door and Max was able to get me out of the door financed! I’m not an easy credit profile so I appreciate all the dedication and expertise Max put into finding me financing and structuring it to fit my needs and I’m happy Brian was the salesman that responded to my internet inquiry and advocated for me in the first place! All around I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I love my new Land Rover Velar! Highly recommend!!!

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

I love my Elantra. It is a smooth ride and very good on gas. It is reliable and comfortably and definitely affordable. There is plenty of room in the front and back and the trunk is roomy too.

This was my first experience buying a car out of state. Biggers Mazda was incredibly helpful with this process. Thanks to his personalized attention we did get the car. Their process was clear and we felt like it was very honest from the beginning. Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. I liked pretty much everything. I negotiated the price over the phone and started the financial lease application remotely to save my time at the dealership. When I arrived - they were waiting for me, the car was ready, all the paperwork went seamlessly and fast enough for the procedure of exchanging my previous leased car with the new one. My sales representative was very courteous and attentive. Actually, everyone at the dealership with whom I communicated was above and beyond any expectation. After 30 years of purchasing cars I can say that this was my best experience so far.

I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.
