After 3 vehicles and 9 years it is a pleasure to write this review about Crest and Dan Deutschendorf in service. I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. Great car! Great service! Great deal! Work with Kristie, she was wonderful to work with before, during and after the purchase. No hard sell, just pure information. My wife said it was "like working with her sister" (if you're wondering if that's a good or bad thing my wife gets along great with her sisters).
Even after the deal was made their service did not end there. The Boucher team made sure the car was spotless and in brand new condition before they would hand it over to us. No swap out the plates, hand us the keys and see you later. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere on the interior, there wasn't a single crumb on the floor, and it had a wax job on the exterior just for good measure (thanks Jim you did a great job). I would recommend this dealership to my best friend.
The salesman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. He also let me test drive the ones I wanted to compare even if it was not in the most ideal spot, if other vehicles needed to moved it was done.
I have been leasing cars for years and have always dreaded the dealership experience, until now. Boucher was recommended to me by several family members, so I thought I would give it a try. So glad I did! Skylar, Pat, and Jim were great! From the moment I entered the dealership they were polite, helpful, and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service! Buying a car can be a great hassle but they made it a walk in the park. I got to talk with Glen before coming in to give him an in site of what I was looking for in a car. We scheduled a time for me to come in and right when I showed up, he had two cars ready for me to test drive. Glen even had one of the cars already pulled up to the front of the store when I showed up. Can't wait for future car purchases with Glen and the Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown!
