2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

2021 INFINITI Q50 review
Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.

2021 INFINITI Q50 review
Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Infiniti QX50 from Justin Rogers over at the Infiniti of Naperville location. From the moment I sent a message to Managment and the Manager Dale Morrone they directed me to Justin who made the entire process easy as can be. Every time I entered I was greeted with a bottle of water and whatever process we were in was ready to go. Once I purchased the vehicle I stated that I wanted to get some window tint applied and that was taken care of within days and provided a loaner so I was not stuck at the dealership. Finance went very smooth and Jacob Korallus explained everything well and had some great conversations with the young man. Overall everyone had a positive attitude, was very helpful and gave me that family feel as I was walking out the door like, I can call these guys if I needed them to help me with another vehicle. 2022 INFINITI Q50 review
IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. 2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.
2018 INFINITI Q50 review
The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.
