Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Manitowoc review
Our Sales Associate Taylor was very professional. We had taken advantage of the Van Horn Website and knew which vehicle we were interested in. Being that it was raining outside, he brought the vehicle indoors to go through everything, and answered all of our questions. We could see why he has been a member of the Van Horn Team for so long as he showed he cares about his customers

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.

Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
We live in Hilton Head and I looked for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve for about a month. I had a couple deals all set up one in Ga, one in NC and another in KY. I always buy out of state for a number of reasons but finding one equipped the way I wanted was the main reason. On the day before I sealed a deal with another dealer I contacted Mike Ward at Marion. I was blown away by his attitude and service. He got back to me quickly, provided ALL the information I needed and he beat every other deal by a good margin. I had a couple questions and texted him after hours and he responded with answers. He even checked in with me on his day off. Then he drove our new Jeep 1/2 way to our home from NC to SC and spent 3 hours with us going over the papers and the vehicle. Buying a car is a pain, we all know that, but in all honesty, Marion is different... it really is. Clearly the Mgt Team helped Mike and they are to be sincerely complimented as well. But Mike Ward.... you need to call him before you seal any deal, I promise you, it'll be worth it. Thanks Mike and the Marion Team, you are changing impressions and satisfying the customer. We love our new Grand Cherokee even more because you made the experience so pleasant and terrific.

Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

Even though I didn’t end up buying the car because it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, I had a great experience working with Melvin at JS Autohaus. He was patient, answered all my questions, and went out of his way to get me the information I needed. He followed up consistently without ever making me feel pressured. If you’re looking for a used car dealership in New Jersey with helpful staff and a no-pressure approach, I’d definitely recommend JS Autohaus and Melvin!

Jake made the buying process super simple, checked on multiple vehicles so we could make an informed decision. Would definitely come back. It was an excellent experience
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.
