Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake review
We bought a 2024 Passport Trailsport and the experience from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Our salesman (Rob C.) was excellent! He was patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our experience in the finance department was also positive. Brilliance Honda is a beautiful dealership; sparkling clean and well staffed with courteous and friendly people.

Dick Wickstrom ChevroletReviews
Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet review
We had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. Everyone treated us with honesty, respect, and patience throughout the entire process. They worked incredibly hard to help us get approved for a vehicle we could truly afford with a low down payment, and they never made us feel pressured. A special thank you to Robert Rodriguez, our sales representative, who went above and beyond to make everything happen. He was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. The managers also worked hard behind the scenes to get us the best deal possible, and we truly appreciate their dedication. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and will work with you to find the right vehicle within your budget, we highly recommend them. Thank you to Robert Rodriguez and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one!

Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.

I purchased a used work van through this company and had nothing but positive experiences here. I worked directly with Ivan the whole time and he did an awesome job of helping me. 2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

Don’t waste your time going to any other Volkswagen dealership—come here for all your service needs! The team is honest, trustworthy, and truly has integrity. I’m always impressed by how great the employees are and how well I’m treated every time I visit. This dealership deserves a spotlight for the exceptional customer service they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time for my next car. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend them!
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Hyundai was great! They replaced my engine and starter at no cost to me due to an extended warranty. Their communication and customer service was also top notch. Tom Hagan was the man I was talking to, and he was excellent! He let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions. He made the the process extremely simple.

The service I received was excellent!! Very friendly environment. I receive V.l.P. service every time.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

S&M Auto Sales review
I am very happy with the car and the whole experience. I bought it from 400 miles away and they worked through everything with me. They sent me multiple video walk arounds and provided the carfax and everything else I needed. The car was paid in cash and I had the title in my hand in two days and already have PA plates. The Camaro looks and runs great just like it was described. I had to get a PA inspection and it passed easily. I would buy another car from this dealership.
