Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
What a difference buying from a family-owned and operated business makes! I have purchased many vehicles from private sellers to mom and pop shops to mega dealerships...NEVER have I had a better experience than working with Blake and the Security team. They took the time to understand my needs and goals, found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to get me the best price and financing options to fit my budget. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Blake never stopped working to find the ideal match. In the end, the Finance Manager John actually found an additional rebate for me bringing my payment below what I was prepared to sign for! Walking into the dealership with my wife and two kids, felt like we were at a family member's home, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Blake, John and the Vigorito family for making this an incredible experience, we will ABSOLUTELY be back.

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of RochesterReviews
Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Rochester review
I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

Akins FordReviews
Akins Ford review
We recently purchased an F-350 from Akins Ford in Jefferson, Georgia, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. This is actually the third truck we have bought from Akins over the years. Our previous salespeople are no longer there, but working with Jessica Jolley for the first time was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment we met her, she listened closely to exactly what we were looking for. Instead of smothering us with typical sales pressure, she pointed us in the right direction toward the F-350s across the street and let us explore on our own. While we were looking, Jessica proactively checked her inventory system, verified they had the exact truck we wanted, and personally brought the keys right out to us. Her knowledge is incredible—she answered every single question we threw at her without a second of hesitation. The entire sales and paperwork process went incredibly smoothly. To top it all off, working with the finance manager, Noe Ponce, was an absolute pleasure. He has a great personality and made the final steps enjoyable. It is great to know that Akins still has top-tier professionals, and we highly recommend seeing Jessica and Noe!

Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
This was my first experience purchasing from this dealership, and I must say it was exceptional from beginning to end. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the sales representative, Jose. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. His approach made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Buying this particular vehicle was a long-time goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to now have it in my driveway. The car’s condition exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and transparency demonstrated throughout the process. I had purchased this car unseen from out of state and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you again for a fantastic experience. I look forward to working with your team again in the future. Warm regards

Duval Ford review
We had the best experience with Brett and Rick at Duval Ford. The level of patience and understanding was out of this world. We were looking for very specific features on our new Bronco and Brett did not give up until he found it! Their time, patience, and level of care was very unexpected, but they have made two customers for life! Thank you guys so much! 💖

Wanted to give kudos to service advisor Celeste Carter and her up front transparency of informing approximate expense of maintenance cost on my last shop visit during check in,that had never been done before since my purchase of the 2010 Ram in July 2012

Corwin FordReviews
Corwin Ford review
I was an out of state buyer working with Sean Hornbeck as my Corwin sales person. Sean was excellent. He sent videos, pictures, anything I asked for to ensure I was comfortable buying the car. The communication was excellent. When I arrived he car was exactly as described. My wait time with finance was short, and the entire process was timely. I cannot recommend Corwin Ford / Nampa enough. And if you ask for Sean, you are in excellent hands.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !
