I came in for an oil change. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram truck, 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, and my newest -2018 Cherokee Latitude. We have always received free oil changes. The truck was given two oil changes, and my Trailhawk was given four oil changes. So, with the newest Jeep, I assumed that I would also receive a free oil change. The young lady at the service desk, I'm sorry but I cannot remember her name. She asked me if I had a coupon, and I said no. I explained that it is a new vehicle, and that I've always received at least the first oil change "free". She said no worries, she would take care of it. When my vehicle was ready, the gentleman explained that they no longer give "free" oil changes. I explained to him, what I explained to the young lady at the service desk. He said that he would check this out, and get back with me. He then returned to say that everything is set. "No charge". I was happy to hear that, but in the future, I think your customers should be given this info upon purchasing a new vehicle. Or possibly something sent in the mail to new vehicle purchased customers. Especially, for those like myself, who have purchased several new vehicles with your dealership. Overall, we love the dealership, and service department. This is why we keep coming back. Thank you.
