One of the best dealerships experiences we have had!!!! Randy our salesman was transparent and extremely friendly!!! He made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed throughout the process! David the sales manager was definitely TOP NOTCH SERVICE! They were both easy to work with and we did not feel pressured! They went the extra mile to make sure we felt valued as a customer and extremely taken care of! Lenny the finance manager, also went above and beyond! He patiently walked us through the various options and did not try to push things onto our deal that did not make sense to our situation. Overall, absolutely blown away at the high level of customer service this dealership showed us at each step of the way!

AutoNation Toyota Las VegasReviews
AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas review
I wanted to sell my 2019 Tacoma for a downpayment on another truck. I used resources online so I had an idea what others were offering. I went into Autonation of Las Vegas for a quote to sell my 2019 Tacoma because that is where I serviced my truck and they had information how well I maintained it. I met Don, the acquisition specialist, who inspected the truck and gave me a fair competitive quote. I, also, was able to bring the price up a little. I made an appointment the next day to finalize the sale. It was a very easy and smooth process, just ask what documents will be needed for the appointment. I came in, met with Don, then gave him the required documents, and had a short wait while he prepared the document for signing. Once I signed the documents, he said he would get the check, and gave me my old license plate. I received the check and was off to do errands. No stress once price was negotiated, no sales pitch to buy a car....just only what I came for, to sell my truck. Pleasant experience!

2021 Jeep Wrangler review
I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Bev Smith KiaReviews
Bev Smith Kia review
The service on my car was expensive, and I won't deny that. However, the staff did something that really stood out to me and showed they genuinely care about their customers. I have a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line, and there was a piece of plastic hanging underneath the vehicle. I never specifically asked anyone to fix it, but someone on the team took the time to repair it and never even mentioned it to me. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is rare these days. Small acts like that make a big difference and show pride in their work. I truly appreciate whoever took the initiative to fix it. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for going the extra mile.

Key Acura of GainesvilleReviews
Key Acura of Gainesville review
In all my years (70 ) I have never had such a positive car buying experience. My sales person was amazing. He listened to me, was patient and did everything he could to find me a vehicle I would love. I was on a very tight budget and he worked with me showing me what was a possible vehicle I could buy. I fell in love with an Acura RDX and I thought I would not be able to buy it. The financing person was awesome. He jumped through hoops, went the extra miles to find me just what I needed to drive home in that car. AND it was right at the payment amount I could afford. They never tried to get me to add more to the down payment or sell me something cheaper I didn't like. I would recommend Key Acura to anyone looking for a great dealership with fabulous staff.

I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Hudson Nissan review
I recently made an appointment for a sixth month service for my Rogue Sport. The needed service was explained to me by Angie Cadena who also updated me on the work through a video. Angie is wonderful! She is very professional, efficient, and courteous. I value her advice and appreciate her attention to detail. Just as she promised, my car was ready in an hour which made it a pleasant experience. I am thankful to Angie and the service crew at Nissan!

I highly recommend them! I called to check if the vehicle was available, and they had it washed and ready for a test drive right on time. No pressure, no games. The car even came with a free warranty. I loved the service. Thank you, Nelson Automotive, and thank you, Nish and Eddie!

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

CarShop Hatfield review
I had a really great experience with Carshop.com in Hatfield. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The price is the price. JP our sales rep was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. They made it easy to find a vehicle that fit our family needs and budget, and I felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I’d definitely recommend giving Carshop a try.

Shively Motors Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Shippensburg review
This dealer has never let me down and has always—and quickly—addressed my concerns. I bought a ‘25 JeepGladiator here. The sales staff was awesome. A few months later, I found a problem and the service folks took immediate, good care of me. Since then, the vehicle had run great and all my service checks have been handled quickly, thoroughly and with great, forward facing attentiveness to their customers. Use these guys, they’ll do you right.

Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe review
This was the best car sales experience I've had. I worked with Randy, who was not only nice, very knowledgeable, and a zero pressure sales person. Literally the easiest car buying experience I've had on the sales side. I've already recommended Randy & Rairdon Monroe to friends.
