I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.
2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. My experience shopping for and ultimately buying a new Kia EV9 from Ourisman Kia of Bethesda at the end of May 2026 was exemplary from start to finish. Kevin Flores, from the sales floor, was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, I was able to see multiple colors and variations of the EV9, and there were none of the stereotypical car sales games. I was given reasonable numbers, Kevin worked with me and the management team to make sure the lease numbers I ended up with were a good fit for the car, trade, and life circumstances, and while there was some extended waiting between accepting a deal and getting final paperwork signed, that was largely down to me opting for a walk-in visit and purchasing same day, on a busy day - and Kevin kept me up to date as things progressed, while making sure everything that could be done ahead of finance office visit was done (including car detailing and charging top-up, preliminary paperwork signing, getting personal items out of my trade, etc). When it was my turn in the finance office, Troia Collins was equally great - acknowledging the time I'd already spent at the dealership and quickly getting through the remaining process without rushing me or skipping any important info. She fully respected what they knew about how I'd be using the car and other factors, and while she was sure to offer every available benefit and explain implications, she didn't press on any of the optional extras. Finally, a note on facilities: while situated in an on-street storefront in a busy urban area -- an unusual setup for a car dealership -- the space was easily a class above any other Kia dealership I've stepped foot in, inside and out. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated, while also maintaining a friendliness and welcoming atmosphere and that oft-pretentious upscale aesthetics often mean is lacking. I love the car, and am glad I made the hour long trek to Bethesda based on the positive reviews I'd seen rather than looking at options closer to home. The inventory is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, and at the end of an admittedly long day, I couldn't have been happier; Highly recommend.
