Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Plus, my 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus was at an awesome price and the condition is impeccable. THANK YOU Ross and Ramsey!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
The perfect transaction from sale to delivery. Jem Motors is a very professional dealership and the staff is very helpful, honest and very accommodating in all aspects. My vehicle was transported from CA to PA without a glitch. Very professional organization. Will definitely purchase another vehicle from Jem Motors.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and South Bay Lexus is one of the best! I am on my third vehicle from this dealership and every experience has only gotten better. I was lucky enough to work with Sam Ko on my most recent purchase. Not only was he upfront, and honest, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying or leasing a car is a big life change/decision and having someone with you that you can trust every step of the way is truly invaluable. You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
Did my inquiry online. Got a call in less than a minute from Phillip. Very professional and gave me options as far as the Camry I need. Ended up buying the SE which I got at a very aggressive price. DCH Toyota Torrance is a really chill dealership. Everyone is nice and I did not feel the pressure at all.

I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I Had my car towed in and my regular service man was not there. However I was given a rental & told that when he comes in he would call me about the problem and that is exactly what he did. No other car dealer would do that
I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
I came to Shane’s to look at a car I came across online, and the moment I started talking to these guys, I knew I would be purchasing my first car from them.
They went me through my options for budget and my credit at the moment, and I had a dilemma between buying a dependable car or one that’s more enjoyable. They recommended to go with Toyota Highlander, which after hesitating a bit, I did. Shane helped me get my first car loan, which I new wouldn’t be easy with my fresh credit.
Four months later I’m so happy with this truck, drove 15K miles already all over the country, doing just regular service. I’ll need a bigger truck soon as I just bought an airstream trailer, and I’m checking Shane’s inventory regularly, as they are the only people I want to have business when buying a used car.
