BMW of RosevilleReviews
BMW of Roseville review
I had such an amazing experience leasing my new BMW, and I can?t say enough great things about Shaun! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. What really stood out to me was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, transparent, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It?s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying experience this easy and enjoyable! I absolutely love my new BMW, and Shaun played a huge part in making the experience so memorable. If you?re in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Shaun! You won?t be disappointed. I?ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! ??
2024 Kia Forte review
I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

ALM Kia South review
ALM is a very good dealer ship I have purchased 4 cars from them in the pass 5 years, they help me build my credit with the 1st vehicle, low down payment! They are great to deal with! They convinced me to get an electric vehicle and I love it even helped me to get the Ev station at my home I love it, my Kia are very nice.
2024 Kia Forte review
It's too soon to tell how reliable this car will be in the future. However, at just one-month-old, it fits all my wants and desires. I love the interior, its comfort, and the extras that are in this car. The controls on the steering wheel make it safer while driving. The navigation system replaces all maps that I have on my phone and it helps to have the speed limit posted on the navigation read-out. This is my fourth Kia and I have never been disappointed.

Generation KiaReviews
Generation Kia review
What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by the manager, Karim with a warm welcome and smiling face. It just got better from there..... Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. We were even told of the special Kia financing deals currently offered and all the manufacturer incentives available. Wow, amazing!!!!! Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. They are the best dealership and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Generation Kia!!!!
2024 Kia Forte review
I do like my car, but the seats are not comfortable. I HATE the head rests. I don't understand why they have to be so pushed forward, causing pain in the neck and the back to slouch. I had to buy a cushion to keep my back and neck straight. I also don't like the curved seats. They make it difficult to easily and quickly get out of the car. The problem is worse now that I'm pregnant. The car itself is great, but we spend so much time in the seats, why can't they be made comfortable?

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk review
This was a transaction across 2000 miles - all online and on phone. Sam Morales, the sales lead was exceptional in her clarity, transparency and communication. This was by far one of the best transaction experiences I had even though it was all remote, unseen on a used car. They represented everything honestly and were transparent and prompt. Even went to the effort of hiring a driver to deliver the vehicle and pick up the trade in.

2024 Kia Forte review
I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Bob Rohrman Kia review
This was the best vehicle buying experience. I requested an out the door price before I arrived and they honored their price. I visited more than one Kia dealership that gave me an OTD worksheet then changed the amount on me once I had arrived. Everyone at Bob Rohrman Kia was friendly and I will definitely be a returning customer. I drove over an hour and a half one way and would gladly do it again.

Yes, I did get financing, but I believed I got financing steered toward a friend instead of capital. One who I had originally told them I had so as far as my experience with the financing, I'm not happy, not at all. And I think I was steered toward the friends, instead of where I wanted to go, and I never did get to see capital ones, financing options or their terms. And conditions, so no I was not happy with it.

Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Drove 2 hours from NC to purchase a car I’ve been lusting after for several years and could finally get a hold of. Everyone dreads car dealerships for all the shenanigans they pull. Hannah was a delight to deal with. Overall I give her an “A”. It would be an “A plus” but she let it slip after the deal was done that it was a prior Enterprise rental car. I likely wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known that. Deal was done and hopefully it’ll be a good vehicle. The finance guy was efficient and knew what he was doing. Start to finish, 2.5 hours driving off the lot. You have to remember when dealing with a car dealer, ask me no questions, tell me no lies. I did a ton of research beforehand, had my own financing and had a good idea where the final price was going to fall. So no surprises. I didn’t get the deal of the century but think I got a fair deal in the end compared to comparable priced vehicles with mileage. Overall I’d give the whole experience an “A” and would buy another vehicle from them. I advise everyone to do a lot of homework before and keep expectations within reasonable limits, you know how they operate go into the deal.

Jon A was a gem to work with. He bent over backwards to find deal/price that suited me. He drove my car home that evening, so I didn’t have to find someone who could meet me at the lot later in the week. He researched and finally bought a charging cord for my new, leased EV (didn’t COME with a cord!! What’s up with that, Kia??). Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.
