Angie in the finance office is super nice and helpful. Good price for the vehicle and my wife was very happy with her anniversary gift.

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I honestly don’t understand why this dealership doesn’t have more five-star reviews. The entire experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The car was priced well below market value—I bought it for about $3,500 under Blue Book value with a clean title. It had been fully refurbished and repaired, and because of the great price, I was even able to purchase a three-year warranty for extra peace of mind. People who claim every car from here has mechanical problems don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s important to be realistic: if you’re buying a $10,000 used car, there’s always a chance you’ll have to fix something eventually. That’s just part of buying a used vehicle. But my car has been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Dan was amazing. He was friendly, honest, laid-back, and never made me feel pressured. He also got me financed at about half the interest rate I was quoted elsewhere. This is a small, family-run dealership that truly cares about its customers, and it shows. I’ve bought everything from a $900 first car to an exotic supercar, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I live 250 miles away in Austin, and I’d gladly make the trip again. I’ve already recommended Dan and this dealership to friends and family, and I’ll continue doing business with them in the future.
2025 Kia K4 review
Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.Com app. Really didn't have high expectations. Doing research I found they didn't have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. I would definitely buy here again, and do recommend Palomino motors to anyone looking to get a quality late model vehicle at a fair price. Ask for Dennis, tell him you saw Jason's review.
