I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

I took my Pacifica in because the touch screen and radio/carplay were working intermittently. In the past, I did soft resets of the radio to temporarily fix CarPlay but overtime that prior fix was insufficient. The radio was replaced less than a year ago as part of recall. So THIS time. Instead of fiddling with the problem on my own, I took the Pacifica in for diagnostics on the radio and touch screen. The heated steering wheel and driver?s seat could not be activated sometimes because the touch screen was unresponsive. At the same time, CarPlay was unresponsive telling me to make sure my phone was in proximity when my good phone was right next to the touch screen control panel. I am pleased the company understood my complaint and my request for a single diagnostic charge if needed. The technician did a hard reset of the radio and checked the heating of the steering and seat by means of the touch screen, and tested CarPlay with a good working phone. The tech noted that 15 days of freezing temperatures could have affected the touch screen. Advised that if problems persist. Tech recommended replacement of touch screen/radio. I was not charged for the diagnostic and my vehicle was was for pick up at the time specifies. I also had the company shuttle driver transport me one way free of charge. Also with all the ice someone else had left a vehicle for servicing without its keys and was blocking exits from the service dept . As I prepared to leave, an employee stopped me said the normal exits were blocked and he would circumnavigate the lot to bring my car around to a different exit. I was to go inside to the warm customer lounge to wait for him. He did as he offered abs I was in my way within minutes. I was helping four service staff because I brought my Oacufuca in early and picked it up early . They are spectacular highly recommend this service dept

I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need. Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.
