Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" They did most stuff right. They were pretty straight forward and to the point with minimal xxxxxx business. The one notable exception was that they lost the second key. It is pretty normal except for a car dealer to lose a key except that they told us they had it. When they figured out they lost the key instead of doing the right thing they told us they were not paying for the key. They told us we could just not buy the car as a solution if we did not like it. So they were rotten about the key.

2023 Kia K5 review
I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp.

I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.

so far so good , this is our third kia , this k5 being the best and most comfortable . me being a car guy I enjoy the power and confidence this car has along with great fuel economy. the style is also not going out of date for few years as some do after the first yr or so.

2023 Kia K5 review
Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?

2021 Kia K5 review
I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

2024 Kia K5 review
Leased a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and we loved it! Our lease was up this year and a week ago we purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT- Line. Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! 2024 Kia K5 review
Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

2022 Kia K5 review
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.
