We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.

So I found myself "carless" after selling my former car to a friend. In the meantime I was able to drive my daughter's truck while she is working in Nome, Alaska. Now there are numerous ways to purchase a used car. Some people choose to find one from private owners which is a good way to purchase a used vehicle if you know the person and vehicle. On the other hand my wife and I have made it a practice to check into dealerships when looking for a used vehicle. There are the people who will say "you'll end up paying quite a bit more when going to a dealership" and, perhaps somewhat more. That being said we have chose to go to the dealership to look for that vehicle. "Why" you say? Well a dealership has to maintain a good reputation so we have always felt they're not going to sell you junk. So off I go to Joe Bowman's Auto Plaza. I met Tristian as I entered into the showroom. He certainly didn't fit any kind of a pushy salesman but more like someone there to show me around. Sometimes we talked about the car I came to look at and other times we just talked. The whole encounter was about the most stress free experience one could imagine. Whatever questions I had he answered to my satisfaction. Without making any decision without consulting my wife I told Tristian I'd call him within an hour and a half. I did and with just a tinge of a "non haggling haggle" we came to a fair decision to purchase the 2011 Nissan Versa. The next day we picked it up after some paperwork and away we went. I'm from Pittsburgh PA. I wanted to buy a Dodge Dakota and did a Google search.
