I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Service is always excellent. Cathy is a great service advisory. Always follows up. She is personable, experienced and trustworthy. Five years working with this dealership and I???ve always been pleased.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
I bought my Kia in 2015 and have loved it. I decided I wanted to upgrade to an SUV. They tried so hard to make it work. I was just too upside down on my car I own now but they are great. From the receptionist to the sales people they are all willing to do what it takes to make you a great deal and make you feel important. I will never by anywhere else.
Brent Causey was great. He and the dealer worked with us on the tax, title, and license because we are out of state buyers. They took great care of my wife when she flew out to pick up the car. Don't hesitate to buy from this dealer.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!
Fantastic car buying experience. Integrity, Ease of Use, Great Customer Service. Honesty and Clarity of Pricing were great. I wished all other dealers did the same. Have been shopping for a new car for several months; test driving, researching and working on the best deal. After visiting 6 dealers Carriage Kia of Woodstock exceeded on each requirement. Mark, Josh and Jasmine were TOP NOTCH in each and every way. Have bought our fair share of new cars, however, have to say this was the easiest process from start to finish we have ever had. Came with excellent pre-approved financing and Carriage still beat it. Came with prices from other Kia dealers and they beat them and then some. We visited several times and Mark answered our questions WITHOUT any pressure to buy each time. For us when it came time to buy - Carriage was an easy choice - and NO not related to anyone there. Josh went over all the paper work quickly yet thoroughly and Jasmine followed up with any questions and walked us through how to use some of the new features and even took the time to program my phone. In a world that has almost forgotten what true customer service should be Mark, Josh and Jasmine took it to the stratosphere. From start to finish everyone there did everything right to make this a truly great car buying experience. If you want easy go to Carriage, I don't think any other dealer can touch them for efficiency, price and customer service and if you can believe it someone from service has already called to set up my first of two free oil changes included in the sale.
New facility is really nice, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during your wait. Starbucks machine is a nice touch. Great overall experience.
