I was greeted immediately... My issue was checked right there... Car was fit into schedule... Car was out by the time they said it would be. Facility was nice and as I waited I decided to look at other vehicles and then ended up buying another one. Megan took excellent care to show me all the details and answer my questions. Excellent service on both sides of sales and service.

By far the best car buying experience I have had. Big E our salesman, worked hard to get us approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Big E. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend. Thank you!

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

Bergstrom GMC Buick of AppletonReviews
Bergstrom GMC Buick of Appleton review
I had an excellent experience with Dominic Jacobucci and the Bergstrom Buick-GMC team. I initially began my vehicle search with Scott Spanbauer at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Neenah, but once I decided on a GMC Yukon AT4, Dominic stepped in to handle the GMC side of the purchase. Although we never met face to face, Dominic made the entire transaction remarkably easy. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and extremely responsive by text. He clearly explained the purchase details, credit application, financing, warranty and protection options, handled the digital paperwork, and provided follow-up documentation so my husband and I could review everything together without feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Dominic and Scott worked together across Bergstrom locations. They found me exactly the vehicle I wanted ? the right model, color, and features without a lot of unnecessary extras ? and Dominic coordinated having it transferred to Neenah so I could complete delivery there with Scott. The entire process was streamlined, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I felt well informed and well taken care of throughout. I would absolutely recommend Dominic and Bergstrom Buick-GMC.

Our experience with purchases and service with New Way Coon Rapids has been exceptional. Two pick ups and two Explorers later we are completely satisfied. Our last vehicle purchase was recent. The sales person was Rick Spoelstra; we had the most pleasant experience. Rick has so much vehicle knowledge --- we gained information and a friend in the process. I must also speak highly of service and support staff. Always efficient and accommodating.

From the time we bought my wife’s Camry we have had nothing but 100% positive experience here. Starting with the sales team listening to our needs and ordering the exact car my wife wanted. Then on to the first scheduled service. The online service scheduling was simple. And Mike the service advisor was very professional and helpful. He also informed me of services that were available to me. Great job Toyota of Ashland

Ewald KIA of OconomowocReviews
Ewald KIA of Oconomowoc review
I stopped at Ewald to get information regarding the end of my current lease. I was greeted immediately by Roxanna, who was very friendly and yet, very professional. She asked what I liked about the car I had, the options I wanted to keep and what I might like to add. She provided a test drive in a 2026 Seltos and then, introduced me to a beautiful 2026 Sportage. Her demeanor the entire time never included pressure tactics. She showed me all the features that were included and how to navigate the control panels. She took me to the service area and introduced me. The entire experience was exciting and enjoyable. Because of Roxanna I made the decision to lease the Sportage. I am confident I will enjoy my new Wolf Grey Sportage.
