Napleton River Oaks Honda review
My experience was great! JP helped me out with all my needs to get a new vehicle. He was helpful, patient, friendly and attentive. It's great to have people like that because buying a new car can be alot. I've been to quite a few places and it's not everywhere where you can get someone that's really after your needs being met instead of just getting someone to purchase a car. If I ever need a new car I know where to come.
2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

2018 Kia Sportage review
I own 4 Kias now. I traded two Kias (189K and 150K) in for newer models. Say what you want, these are great cars (except the Seltos, its just dumb). You get way more for the money than in other vehicles. Some have issues, but all were resolved quickly with Kia. (Even their stupid choice to have no theft protection on some older models) Don't listen to the internet "experts", these are nice cars, well worth the price and nice to drive.

2018 Kia Sportage EX AWD with Appearance PKG. Smooth right height fun driving vehicle! Bought this used 1.5yrs ago and It drives super quiet and smooth. I changed up the front projector lights to white bright LEDs and I get tons of compliments on its looks. People love my exterior and love the inside room and layout. Gas miles at 18mpg city and 23hwy. Not awesome but driving this car is awesome! When you buy this vehicle you have to get the All Wheel Drive. It's a must!! Skip out on the turbo.

Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

2019 Kia Sportage review
My wife picked this car out. It was what she wanted for a daily driver. I had my doubts, but kept them to myself. Well, we've had our Sportage for three years now, and I am convinced. (We got the EX Sport with all-wheel drive) It has turned out to be an excellent little car, with a great ride, decent performance, and a surprisingly roomy interior. And the dealer has treated us very well, too (Just routine maintenance...No repairs so far.)

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

Phillips ChevroletReviews
Phillips Chevrolet review
This is a review of Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. All the employees treat me like family every time I go there for service, parts or purchasing a vehicle. Most of them know me by name or familiar face, but all of them say hello and how are you. After 35 years of being a repeat customer, one gets to know a lot of people there. I get what I call first class treatment each and every time. I buy all my Chevrolet’s from Phillips because of the atmosphere but also great deals. I recommend working with Phillips for all your driving needs. Sincerely, Tom O’Connor.
2025 Kia Sportage review
I purchased my Kia Sportage at Kia Greenway North on 17-92 in Longwood, Fl. I had the best experience dealing with the entire staff and especially our sales rep who has since my purchase had been promoted! I would highly recommend this dealership!

2021 Kia Sportage review
I love the sporty look. Every time that I look at it I can't believe it's mines. I wish it had automatic start and the trunk lift with the remote but I know I can't have everything. I love the drive modes the lane assist, cruise control, camera, sound of the music, the color, etc. Just overwhelmed and always looking forward to driving it again.

Everytime I go to Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing I am always shown professionalism and excellence in the service they provide. I tell all my family and friends about them.
2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

CarMax Germantown review
They were super nice and very helpful. They tried everything to help me get the car that I wanted. My credit is just too poor to do anything at the moment.
2018 Kia Sportage review
I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

Great to work with! There was 0 pressure and we made a good deal that would benefit everyone involved. I appreciated their honesty and straight forward approach. I would definitely do business with them again!
2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..
