Getting my car serviced - dreaded event made good.

I dreaded taking my V50 in for servicing -- I've had terrible luck getting honest analysis on what needed doing and how much it should cost -- but finally needed to address some issues. Ronald could not have been more professional, pleasant or straight to deal with. He laid out what needed to be done, what could be put off for later and how some money could be saved. I will definitely be back.
On my second Volvo and very satisfied with the buying and servicing experience. Even if I’m having a rough day, I can consistently look forward to working with the people at Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church.
I had a horrible experience at another Volvo dealership so I went to Don Beyer. This dealership is professional and understand they don't need to waste 3 hours of your time to sell you a car. Can't recommend the whole staff enough.
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
Went from an Audi to Kia Stinger, very happy with the process. Alexander Wallace was very helpful and respectful, didn't constantly call and harass annoyingly. Time was set to meet and we did. Deal was worked out, happy on both ends. Everyone stayed late to see that I went out happy and taken care of. Would highly recommend to others.
Salesman Vandyke Jackson is the best.. recommmend everyone to have him as a sales rep.. this is my second car from him and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy customer before leaving the lot. He checkin from time to time to see if there any questions or concerns.

My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .
I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Everyone of the people I dealt with at Kia of Bowie were kind and helpful to me! I had been lied to at Kia of Easton and Woodbridge so was very greatful for the treatment I received at Kia of Bowie! They all went out of their way to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted! Thanks to Mike Izadi, Steven Jones, Anthony Vanchieri and Daniel Leeds! All Great People!!!
Great buying experience. This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from this dealerships with the same salesman, Errol Russell. It was a pleasure working through the buying process with him, the finance team and the manager, Mr. Jones.
I stand by the fact that the Kia Sorento is one of the best vehicle ever made. I love my Sorento thank you Kia of Bowie.
