I was looking for a very specific car and thus conducted a nationwide search. I was a bit nervous because while the appeal of shopping on-line adds so many more possibilities, I had the natural apprehension about not actually seeing the car. Alex was terrific. He patiently took me through the process. I had the car inspected. A problem was found with air conditioner and Alex had the compressor replaced. There was a small hiccup in shipping the car, but that had more to do with me living in rural Oregon. Alex waited patiently for the shipping to be completed. The process was painless and I would defiantly recommend this dealership. Especially, if you are thinking about buying a car on-line.

This car meets all my daily needs. Plus some. To include mega leg room in front and back. Has 2 cigarette lighter plug ins. plus a usb plug in.
I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!

Nice looking. Good fuel mileage. Enjoyable to drive. Inexpensive to service. Nice long new car warranty. Quality made vehicle. Handles well. Runs great. Audio system has great sound.
I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. This car is filled with all kinds of features. Love heated and cooled seats along with heated steering wheel. Most people say they do not need heated steering wheel, but once you experience it, you realize how great it is and can cut down on heat needed in the car with heated wheel and seats.
Wonderful service. Made process of leasing a new car (first time ever) easy to understand and no pressure. Followed up a few days later to check in. Highly recommend!

This is our second Kia. The last one was 11 years old. The Niro is our first Hybrid. I bought it for all the new safety features and the fuel efficiency. I've had the car for 6 months and was getting around 52mpg. Great! I haven't changed my driving style or driving habits but now I'm only getting approximately 27mpg. What the heck? I have just 3400 miles on the car and I am the only driver. Time for the first oil change and some answers to my fuel economy questions.
Everyone I dealt with a Bloomington KIA was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My sales rep , Chris S, as always, was a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile for me to get the color I wanted. This is my 3rd lease with them and it only gets better and better.

I’mMuscle car kinda guy, but my wife’s little 2016 Kia Forte is something else! I love the gas mileage it gets not to mention the hidden power when you put it in sports mode!

I went from a 2014 Chrysler 300 to this car and I can say it is way better and more reliable. More gas efficient and faster! People think it is small inside until I let them get in and the say "Wow". I love my Kia Soul!
I emailed numerous dealerships in the Twin Cities, and all i got was the auto-response without anyone answering my specific questions. Chris answered all my questions almost immediately. Chris and Matt took great care of me. Very happy with my new car.

The ride is on par with other vehicles in its class and the power is surprising. Handles well for a larger vehicle. Plenty of room for passengers or cargo with fold down back seats. Lots of hands free features that keeps the drivers hands on the wheel for radio and phone. Best minivan I've owned to date.

It has luxury quiet interior with luxury features and warranty at mainstream prices with great reliability. Can't get better than that and I crosshopped against XC-90, MDX and QX-60. It has the most efficient use of space with ample legroom for all 3 rows while keeping the exterior dimensions small and with good handling and easy to park/commute in. Only wish it had a bit more cargo space

This car gives me everything I could ask for.It rides really good .radio and sound system sounds great and easy to use.love the heated seats and steering wheel on cold winter mornings and air condition seat keep you cool.
For a few weeks my car started to move left and right upon acceleration. I looked online to see what the possible causes could be and found out it could be due to multple issues from tire pressure to alignment to wheel bearings. So I scheduled and appointment and took it in for a diagnostic test at the dealer in the morning. There was a fee for the diagnostic test then labor and parts if needed but it had to be done so i accepted. An alignment check showed both wheels moving in opposte directions and a technician needed to inspect it further. I had planned to wait for the repair but it was a busy day at the dealer and they decided to provide me with a car for the day free of charge. In the afternoon I was informed that it was a control bar that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered in and would not arrive till the next day. I was able to keep the loaner car over night so that helped. I was a little concerned about the repair bill but it had to be done. Some how the repair gods heard mr concerns. The next day i was so relieved to hear that the part and repair costs were covered under warranty. Luther Nissan was very professional and honest with the whole service process. I was reassured of my decision to choose them over another Nissan dealer.

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again for the great customer service and beautiful car!

So reliable. Gas mileage is great. Trunk space is amazing. Had no issues going on 3 years now. Do wish I paid attention if there was Cruz control is my only complaint.
