I was especially impressed by how thorough Israel was during the test drive. He took the time to explain so many of the little details about the car and its capabilities ? things I probably would have never known to ask about. He clearly knew the vehicle and wanted to make sure I understood what I was buying rather than just rushing through a test drive. What also really stood out to me was how Israel interacted with my son. He asked Jonathan about his interests, included him in the conversation, joked around with him, and was just incredibly personable. It felt genuine, not like part of a sales pitch. Israel was a really good salesman, but more importantly, I came away feeling like he was simply a genuinely nice guy. There was none of that stereotypical high-pressure car-salesman feeling. He made us comfortable, made us laugh, answered our questions, and made the experience fun. I would absolutely recommend Israel to my friends and coworkers, and I would happily work with him again. He was great and deserves the recognition.

Perfect car, luxury feel inside and out, very quiet, excellent gas mileage. but old people may have difficulty entering/exiting the front seat. Excellent warranty and support.

2013 Lexus ES 300h review
We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

Mike Wynne at Capitol Mazda was the 1st of 3 dealerships in the area to call back. The offer had to be good enough to persuade me to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. The internet price at Capitol Mazda was already reduced by $1600 off MSRP. Right off the bat, Mike said that there was an additional internet discount of $1000…so I didn’t have to do any haggling. I did a Google search of my 9-year old trade-in estimated at $7800-8300; Mike offered $1700 more than the higher end of the Google trade-in value. The car inspection showed some previously known repairs needed but he still gave the original trade-in offer. He also gave honest advice about using navigation on my iPhone through Apple Car Play rather than buying the Mazda navigation sim card.

I purchased a used 2017 Mercedes SLC300 from this dealership. The salesperson Ashley has been very supportive through the sales process - no rush, and fair representation to her management on our asks (1 tire was bad, seat scruffs and headlight dull). Upon purchase and drive back the car had serious vibrations at low speeds on the passenger front. Next day took the car to a Mercedes specialist and found the wheel was bent. Not sure how did their famed pre-sales multipoint check missed it. When I reported the issue, the service manager Robert was quite rude - asking why didn't you notice it in test ride. Later a tire change resolved it as per service; but bent wheel wasn't fixed. But for that joker Robert, I would definitely deal with AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Plus a big question mark on their multipoint inspection. Please get an independent inspection done before you buy here.
2020 Lexus ES 300h review
Has everything you would want and then some. It practically drives by itself! I love every feature, but it may take awhile to learn everything.

I had an exceptional car-buying experience at Valencia BMW. For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. It's a necessary event in our lives a few times over and one I, and my husband, typically dread. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again! 2022 Lexus ES 300h review
We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.

From the moment we walked in getting greeted from April to make us feel comfortable immediately. We had the best experience with Cadillac auto nation! Abbi our sales guy made the entire experience so smooth. Answered all Our questions and made it the easiest buying a car experience ever. We were so lucky to meet the GM, John during our experience. This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us. The entire experience was eye opening with how you should be treated when you decide to buy or lease a car

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.
2022 Lexus ES 300h review
Pre pandemic we had a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Work from home allowed us to pass down the legacy to the kids. Picked up 2022 ES300h and realized how much we missed the sedan. The Subaru had a 6-cylinder but this hybrid feels just as quick but WAY better fuel economy and a much smoother ride. Everyone seems to like this car and for good reason.
