The service department is run smoothly, and is very communicative. Always gives me an update before I have to ask, and when they say it will be done, they hit their target. It?s obvious that Customer service is a priority.

Ingersoll Auto of DanburyReviews
Ingersoll Auto of Danbury review
I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado EV Trail Boss from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury, and the experience was excellent. Spencer Hoch was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth, straightforward, and completely pressure-free. Spencer took the time to answer all of my questions about the EV and ensured I felt comfortable with my decision every step of the way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new truck and highly recommend asking for Spencer if you want a hassle-free dealership experience!

Porsche Gold CoastReviews
Porsche Gold Coast review
Porsche Gold Coast has a welcoming/helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. I came in not too sure about what options I had in reality. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new car after trade-in. I never felt like I was being sold to, and I would recommend going to anyone exploring any options of purchasing a Porsche. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with.

Pohanka LexusReviews
Pohanka Lexus review
I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

Mac Haik Chevrolet review
Daniel was great. He was very responsive when I was contacting him about the vehicle before I ever decided to make the hour drive to actually see it. Once I arrived he was great to work with and quick to get the sale completed. Sometimes buying a car can be a drag and take all day, but I was in and out and driving away in my new truck in less than 3 hours total. Daniel even reached out to me that evening and the next day to thank me again and to ask if I’d be willing to refer potential buyers his way. Absolutely I will. If I need another truck anytime soon, I’m calling Daniel!

Just bought an amazing car thanks to Joseph Minster! He walked me through all I needed to know and before I knew it I had in my hands the key to a great car, but in all honesty, I wish it had been longer. No doubt in my mind I will be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2020 F-150 Shelby Super Snake from Music City Autoplex. Mr. Bob was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, provided great customer service, and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Mr. Bob if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

Butler Lexus of South AtlantaReviews
Butler Lexus of South Atlanta review
The people here were an absolute pleasure to do business with!!! They worked hard to earn my business and met my offered price. In fact, they came in LOWER than my offer by $500! Sunny Rohra was my salesperson and he took EXCELLENT care of me. Between coffee, cookies, jokes, small talk and getting me the best possible deal, I was VERY satisfied! Paul Mitchell in the Finance Dept was TERRIFIC!! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! And Alex, the tech guy, was VERY helpful and patient. Overall, my experience was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Butler Lexus of South Atlanta! There were several Lexus dealers in my area, but being that they were unwilling to work with me, I made the hour long trip down to Butler and don't regret it one bit!

Park Place Lexus GrapevineReviews
Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

Mr. Travis was outstanding during our vehicle purchase; he ensured all of our needs were met and was especially courteous to my wife's disability needs. He is an excellent sales advisor, and I HIGHLY recommend him for any car purchase new or used. In addition, Mr. Luke and Mr. Rick also provided excellent service during our vehicle purchase. We look to use him again in the near future. #salute
2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!

Eugene valasguez very efficient gave me his assessment of how the repair would proceed and with a time expectation to completion. As this is my fifth MB i have been to many dealerships for service. Eugene is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition the service manager was exceptional. I felt that the entire service department was a well run operation they made it a pleasure to do business with.

I was very comfortable with Jay Han and I'm very confident that we will finalize a sale in the near future. Mr. Han showed me several different model vehicles and provided me with good information about each, to include a couple of test rides. Thanks Jay!
