I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Temecula Valley Lexus Service turned what could’ve been a vacation-ruining nightmare into a master-class in customer care. While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I found the car I wanted at this location and they were super helpful in getting it transferred FREE to a location closer to me so I can go in to pick up.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.
