Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales people. I visited 4 times and every time they treated me very well, even though the first 3 times i wasn’t buying anything. I finally found my dream car. Couldn’t be happier. Courtney my sales rep was great, she even dropped my car off after the wrap was done. I highly recommend this dealership.

Sales rep Wayne Brett is great and the new Honda Accord is terrific. But the high-pressure closing meeting to try to sell various protection plans took way too long.

This car is everything I had hoped that it would be! Reading the Owner's Manual at this point but I am not disappointed -- not as complex as the Flight Manual for a TA-4 but it's close! It does not have an ejection seat.

AutoNation Toyota Winter Park review
Brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM and I was in the service line just a few minutes and met by a service advisor. He was very pleasant and professional and explained to me what items would be checked on my car. He listened and answered a couple of questions that I had. He then walked me to the waiting area where I could get a free cup of black coffee. He checked on me several times during my wait.

Kia of Fort MyersReviews
Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

Lithia Hyundai of RenoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Reno review
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lithia Hyundai of Reno and had the pleasure of working with Holly Jensen. I couldn't be happier with the experience! Holly was fantastic from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and she genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available locally, so Holly took the initiative to locate one outside of Reno to make sure I got the exact car I was looking for. From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of, and the entire experience was a positive one. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Holly Jensen. She made buying a new car an enjoyable experience!

Voyles CDJR of BirminghamReviews
Voyles CDJR of Birmingham review
Living in Murfreesboro, TN, I struggled to find the right deal locally, so I expanded my search to Voyles CDJR in Birmingham. Making that out-of-state drive with two trade-ins could have been a headache, but it turned out to be the best car-buying decision I’ve made in 40 years. Right before our delivery, a major unexpected obstacle popped up with the vehicle's transport. Instead of making excuses or delaying us, General Manager Jackson Hagen and his entire team jumped on the issue as soon as the doors opened that morning. By the time we arrived, they had everything 100% resolved and the vehicle was absolutely flawless. Jackson clearly leads a phenomenal group and empowers his whole staff to deliver exceptional service. Will Edens handled the sales side perfectly and really valued our time, getting us in and out fast. Over in finance, Jared Myers was great to work with and made the final paperwork an absolute breeze. For the first time ever, a dealership badge is staying proudly on my tailgate. If you want a dealership that actually works for you, solves problems instead of creating them, and treats you right, do yourself a favor and go see Jackson, Will, and Jared. They are absolutely worth the drive!

AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth review
I found the car on Cars.com and sent in a few questions. The reply was spot on and I made the appointment with Jonathan Quintana. Jonathan had answers to every question and was fair in the negotiation. I bought the car and drove the car home that day. Follow-up has been better than expected.

Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North review
This dealership is the very best! I cannot explain how comfortable they all make you feel there. I even take my dog. My sales person has called me several times just to check to see if I have any questions about the car and help me with technical issues. He set my phone up with the Lexus app and helped me program the display on my car. He guided me through everything. David Mueller is my salesperson and he is the best! He goes the extra mile!

Lexus of Lakeway review
We just purchased a Lexus NX from Lakeway Lexus and could not have been happier about the experience. The car buying process was super easy and everyone was interested in making it a great experience for us. PJ Garcia was amazing. He ensured all our questions were answered and gave us a great tutorial on the vehicle so we left the dealer with confidence. Great buying experience — thanks PJ!

2021 Lexus RX 350L review
This car meets and exceeds our expectations! When we went looking for a new car, we looked at the luxury version of our existing car. It was fine but, on a lark, we tried the Lexus, which had a higher Consumer Reports score. Sure glad we did. Fell in love with the Lexus and all the luxury features it offers along with the comfort and styling.
