2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Initially Carl was standing in the rain as I got out my vehicle and I asked him why was he standing in the rain? He replied that came out to greet me. Carl listened to me and brought out some options but they didn’t speak to me. We decided on a specific model and I gave them 3 color options. Given that Carl was still learning the sale was finally assigned to Dwayne. Dwayne shared that he would loop Carl into the purchase. Dwayne and I discussed my desires as we conversed in a little small talk, while remaining professional. Dwayne brought the Manager into the conversation and shared my interest with him. Dwayne worked diligently on confirming the vehicle for me. We closed the deal. I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.
