Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I’m super grateful for the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Mazda and Stephen in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
Such a smooth driving SUV. But the transmission/engine cannot find the proper ratios to respond quickly from 15-35 mph. Very frustrating in busy traffic. Otherwise, beautiful interior and very reliable. The entertainment system takes forever to start on initial start up. GPS looks like it from 2002.

I highly recommend this dealership! They were super good with customer service, Wardan was very easy to talk to and work with. Only thing is the fact that they only accept cash, but it wasn't a problem as the reason was explained to me and I fully understand. Don't listen to the bad reviews, if your paying a good price for a decent car, don't complain when it isn't always in absolute perfect shape.

This review is for Jason Gross service manager. I needed an engine replacement in my Ford edge due to coolant intrusion and after talking to Jason within a few days, he had ordered to parts. I brought the car in and a week later I picked it up and it’s been running great ever since then. Thank you again, Jason for all your help you made all the difference in the world, getting this done right and in a timely manner, thank you ! Jerry D.

Palladium AutosReviews
Palladium Autos review
I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series from Palladium Autos, and I have to say that the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Robin and Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, particularly with securing financing. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service left a strong impression on me. I truly appreciate their support in making the car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hassle-free purchase and a team that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend Palladium Autos.
2019 Mazda CX-5 review
After looking at Honda, Toyota, and Nissan smaller SUVs, I accidentally came across the Mazda CX-5 and decide to take it for a test drive. It is now sitting in my driveway and there's nothing I don't like about it. As far as handling, power, styling, technology package there was just no comparison. I am super tall and while the back seat legroom is a little bit restrictive, I don't usually drive from the back seat so all is good. Since there is no Mazda dealership in my community I was not very familiar with the brand other than the name and logo. I am so glad I had an opportunity to check out this car. If you are in the market for a family-sized SUV you absolutely have to take the Mazda CX-5 for a test drive. I love this car.

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

Fertitta Chevrolet review
After moving to Houston, we looked at several different dealerships, and Norman Frede Chevrolet was by far the best. We purchased our leased vehicle there last year, and just recently bought a new vehicle. Julio expertly handled our lease purchase, and we worked with Kyle Scheck to purchase a new car. As a former teacher, I was excited to learn that Kyle had also been a teacher. He made the process of buying this new car so much easier and more pleasant than any other dealership we have ever experienced. We will definitely continue recommending Norman Frede to all of our friends and colleagues here in Houston!

Always good service. Have bought my last few cars from Scott's and most likely will continue. Prompt response, they call with reminder inspection dates and all are professional.
