Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was kind and knowledgeable. Made me feel like I was having a visit with a good friend. Didn't feel like I was just there to buy. I felt like he truly cared!
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
"2025 MAZDA CX-5 TURBO SIGNATURE" FULL Suite of Safety Features/NAPA Leather/NAV/All LED Lights, etc ... Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for the past 25 years ... Quality and reliability have DECREASED SUBSTANTIALLY; while the price has INCREASED ASTRONOMICALLY ... Alongside my current Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, I purchased this 2025 MAZDA CX-5 Turbo Signature ... For under $45,000, I have a "Gem" that stand far above the MB in reliability, with Safety Features, Power, and Interior Quality EQUAL to the MB, with a price $25,000 LESS!

Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! I have never had such a smooth process on purchasing a vehicle before until today. I highly recommend Jose Gaston for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in cape coral Ask for Jose(salesman) and Darlene (finance depo.) I am beyond Happy and pleased with the service provided and I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW JEEP. Thank You for your great costumer service. I am very pleased! Brendaliz L.

The salesman Dennis was awesome. The sales manner juror was unprofessional to say the least..
2015 Mazda CX-5 review
I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Azari was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way, made sure everything was ready, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable and well informed. Mohamed was also fantastic. He took the time to walk us through all of the technical features of the vehicle and made sure we knew how to navigate everything before we left. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated all of their help. Their teamwork made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable, and we highly recommend working with Azari and Mohamed. Thank you both for the outstanding service!
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

Mazda at the Avenues review
We have purchased 3 Mazdas and had a great experience! Our sales person Maryna Kostina is so refreshing to work with. She was honest, helpful and relaxed. Customers today are OVER pushy sales people! We just wanted information and to look at inventory. We didn't need to be sold! Maryna was perfect. She was professional and pleasant to work with. When it came to working out the deal, the backend financial guys worked with what we were aiming for. We had also researched what was a fair price so we aimed towards that price. They met us at our price and gave us a very favorable interest rate to make the payments affordable. Thank you Mazda on the Avenues! We left with a great car and a positive experience rather than feeling like we had a cage fight!
2017 Mazda CX-5 review
Its a nice car but its false censor issues are terrible. I have 86k miles on mine is a 2017 Cx5 awd Grand touring. Paint chips very easy Battery does not last as long asbit should. I love it but I wish it was bigger! They should have 20 inch tires not 19 inch. Doors are very light and can open quickbon a wind storm.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Luther Brookdale Mazda review
14+ Years of Outstanding Service! I’ve been coming to Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi for over 14 years, and their service team continues to set the bar high! Setting up an appointment for my 6-month pre-lease inspection and premium oil change was completely effortless. When I arrived, Service Advisor Blake Richie welcomed me with a friendly, professional attitude and got me checked in within minutes. He estimated about an hour and fifteen minutes for the work—and had me back on the road in an impressive 1 hour and 9 minutes! I also love their tech-forward approach: while waiting in the comfortable lounge, Service Technician Chris Dornquast texted me a detailed Full Circle Video Inspection of my vehicle. Unequivocally the best sales and service team in the Twin Cities area!

DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
