I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

2023 Mazda CX-9 review
Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.
