2015 Mazda Mazda3 review
I have a Japan-built model. Some are made in Mexico. In 5 years I've had zero problems. Just put new tires on; otherwise only oil changes and maintenance. Biggest complaint is back seat is a bit tight but I never ride there! If you fit comfortably in it, buy one.

We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.
